It’s not so much that her pitch range is so great as it is her fantastic tonal control. She knows how to make the low notes sound deep and rich and her higher notes bright, and it makes it sound like there’s an extra octave or two in there that’s not really there.

Omg her first three albums are everything! I’ll never forget when they each first came out I played each one over and over until I learned the song inside and out, I mean every flection and fluctuation of each song.
