While Mark was building his Snowman and trailer, it inspired me to build a model of the same along with the Trans Am. I contacted Mark in early September and let him know that when I finish it I will gift it to him. It turned out really good for not building any models in over 15 years. Mark opened my package in "Smokey & The Bandit Trans Am Ep.9 Mistakes Were Made" and he just loved it. mark sent me special gift in return too. He is 1 genuine person!! It was great to see you guys interview Mark at the Lesco Truck show! It would great come out west and meet Mark in person! Cheers 🍻 Earl Widmeyer

Great episode really enjoyed it. I am probably the number 1 fan of Twin stix garage and I faithfully watch every episode that comes out every Thursday morning at 5 AM. sometimes I don't get to watch it for a few days because up until the 15th of October I was still employed as a driver, and after 49 years of driving I retired. I watched every episode the the Snowman build and in fact I knew that truck before Mark bought it, It was owned by friends of mine that I knew from my many years in rodeo here in Alberta. Great interview and now you have gained another fan on your channel.

The NOS stuff was a challenge to find and expensive when you did find it, still a fun process! 👍

We have firetrucks that are still running split rings like this, 24R22 tires. No inner tube, but there’s a big O ring that seals the bead ring. The ones that really scare me are the tiny 10” split rims on forklifts.

Great truck!! I've loved that film since I was a kid. Way back when, I'm 44 I used to work for ats a uk tyre company and had some experience of split rims. I was taught to use my van as the cage whilst I was inflating them. One of the old boys had loads of story's of them falling. One of them being someone doing what I was using his van as a cage and the lock ring snapping. It cut the van in half as the story went. That scared the shit out of me. Luckily nothing ever happened and they became so rare and still are in the uk. Keep that hammer down 😂
