An LED light stick rapidly alternates red, green, and blue colors to produce the appearance of white light. Twirling the stick on a string separates the colors to make them more visible. Thanks to Katie Campbell for help with the demonstration!
The Bradley University Chemistry Club Demo Crew is grateful for support from the Illinois Heartland Section of the American Chemical Society and the Illinois Space Grant Consortium.
