Are you starting each twist with a Braid??? I usually twist from the scalp, but maybe braiding first elongates the twist??
@KeishDenise3 жыл бұрын
Hi! Yes I started with a braid and the reasoning is correct. Starting with a braid helps to elongate the hair. He has a lot of shrinkage so this method helps.

How long he been growing his hair? I wanna twist my hair like that but I’m not sure how long I should wait
@KeishDenise4 жыл бұрын
He’s been growing his hair for about 2 years. If you have a lot of shrinkage I would recommend blowing your hair out to stretch it. This makes it easier to twist if it’s too short in its natural state. I hope this helps and thanks for watching 😊

To twist hair what comb you use and is edgewax good for twisting thick hair
@KeishDenise4 жыл бұрын
Great question! I typically don’t use an edge wax because it can be a little hard to wash out. However, it could work for thicker hair. My suggestion would be to use it with a water base product such as Edge Booster. As for the comb, I just use a regular rat tail comb.
