2:23 to 3:35 isn’t working for me 😢 can you clarify what you did for rows 1 and 2 in a pinned comment or something? I believe you did single crochets but I may be mistaken. Thanks! ❤ Edited to say-you clarified by saying “do another row of single crochets” when the video began again. So rows 1-3 are just SC. I think. 👀

I was having a similar issue.. i would just refer to the written pattern, the link is posted in the description. It's easier to follow

Start out with chain, then single crochets in 2nd chain from hook. Chain 1 and turn. Repeat for 3 rows
