It may not be as long as the other RMC’s around the world, but this thing still packs quite a punch!
@jonny-b49543 ай бұрын
For sure. It's solid. I kind of like how it's not all that long. Nice, quick ride that's zippy and punchy. You get yanked over this drop on the back row. Front of train is already 1/3rd of the way down haha.

It does! Rode it twice this past Friday (6/14)! The black train is waaaayyyy faster than the blue one!!

This was THE coaster that made really appreciate coasters. I couldn’t get this coaster out of my mind. I remember starting to actually ask questions, like “why does it feel so smooth? How is it so disorienting (in a good way)? How is it so efficient with its tiny footprint? Who made this coaster?” It’s my favorite because of its lasting impact. Second favorite is Thunderhead at Dollywood. IYKYK.

I think this ride is very underrated because of its short length. The ride time it does have is excellent. It has plenty of airtime, unique inversions and great pacing. Love this coaster!
@VelvetteSimp3 ай бұрын
It just isn't as good as other RMCs imo especially its sister coaster wicked cyclone
@joshuatdlr3 ай бұрын
@VelvetteSimp I agree. Wicked cyclone does lose steam towards the end, though.
@edt-ze3ke3 ай бұрын
The reason it was made short was because of the limited space the original Georgia Cyclone had

This thing is hauling more than usual this season, and this POV shows it off. In particular the rise from the wave turn, just before the turnaround/second drop, is more "cut your legs off" than normal.

this coaster really is a hidden gem and often flies under the radar when comparing to other RMCs

I was fortunate enough to ride this coaster’s brother in Massachusetts (Wicked Cyclone). I’m hoping when I go to Georgia one day that I get a chance to ride this, and I’m hoping that it is somewhat as intense as the cyclone in Massachusetts.

Now that Six Flags works with Gravity Group I'd love to see them convert this into a true wooden coaster and give it a wooden wave turn and airtime hills. It feels too glass smooth and lacks any intensity with the ibox track.

Get to the park 30 min early like someone said to ride the twisted cyclone and GA scorcher. As soon as 11am hits go straight to Goliath and batman. Both of those lines. Can be long if there are a lot of people in the park but the first two or three hours you may not have any lines. Next I would hit superman. I go all the time and I'm usually only in the park between 2-4 hours and I ride my fav coasters multiple times. Last time I went I rode Goliath like 8 times. Also back row is more intense on every coaster but u have to try the front at least sometimes for the views. Especially Goliath.
