I have been looking for this info and asking many how to set up v tail and even horizon hobby techs could not figure it out. Thank you very much for posting it and the detailed info versus buzzing through it like we’re all seasoned spectrum flyers and rc knowledge. Great job

We are thinking of this as an easy durable intro club racer. The videos were impressive. Does she hold pylon turns well?

Glenn Har It will hold a turn great! Not extremely fast but would be extremely fun pylon racing these!

When you say it's reaching full mechanical throws is it really? If giving the other input still can move it more it can't be. 100% rates for me has more travel than what yours looks like. Trying to get this right using iNav on my Proxy and I have to limit rates to about 70% to get it to work like yours with about the same travel, otherwise full elevator will make surfaces almost touch and only one will move if giving full elevator then rudder.

Hildy Very observant and you are correct. I think if you are setting up with Spektrum you can follow the procedure I setup here but if using something like iNav you should leave enough throw to mechanical stop at full elevator and rudder stick together. That should yield similar result.
