I really like the tune, but its too repetitive. You could have added more to the song instead of just repeating the same tune for 5 minutes. I think the tune has a lot of potential, which you didn't really take advantage of. But don't get me wrong, I still really like the tune, I just think that the song should have been only like 2 minutes long with that repeated tune.

Isn't all music repetitious? Just something to consider. Rap is literally nothing but a repeating beat with a few words plastered on.

I dont like rap, lol, and that's probably why. And I dont think all music is repetitious, at least not extensively. In other words, an optimal song (in my opinion) should have a returning tune, and have other stuff in between. To name an example from this soundtrack, look at Eidolon. It's got a regular tune along with secondary tunes that are spaced in between.

I think within the context of a videogame soundtrack it actually kinda works, in the sense soundtracks should be in the background; enhancing the overall gaming experience while not being too distinct as to grab too much attention away from the actual playing part of it.

Personally, I prefer game soundtracks to be good by themselves. That way you can listen to the music when you're not playing the game and still fully enjoy it. On average, people probably listen to music a lot more than they play video games, so I'd rather have better standalone music even if there's a risk that it might not flow with the game as well.
