It ranges from divorce settlements, to police officers automatically presuming that the man involved is the perpetrator in domestic violence cases (SOP is to handcuff the poor bloke, even if he's visibly wounded/bleeding and the woman is fine), women being given free passes for horrible tihS that men would be crucified for (especially regarding intimacy -- Look up what female teachers are sentenced compared to male teachers), to women openly attacking men in public and suffering no consequences compared to if a man just went up to a woman and punched her (I've seen people just literally just watch or pull her back so the evening can resume). Heck, a false allegation of any type, no matter if there is proof that irrefutably exposes the woman as being a liar, leaves a social stigma on the accused; said woman gets away with no punishment for ruining a guy's life. The press? If it's a man, they'll plaster his mug and name all across the news. A woman? Nada. Zip. Those are just one of the many, many example biases you see in any Western country, nowadays; if anything, I'd say society and the law have done a complete one-eighty and have become misandrist. If you can't see how bad things have gotten for men, even when you have nutty women with dyed hairs screeching about "patriarchy", then you're gonna be in for a rude shock when, not if, something happens to you as you blindly stumble around a proverbial minefield.

In terms of the Phantomlord trial - he 'won' 20k (which for a company the size of Amazon, who I believe owns Twitch, is a pittance - the kind of amount of money you might pay to make it go away rather than paying lawyers for longer), but wasn't allowed back on Twitch as it was a procedural issue, and he did in fact violate their ToS. Which is good. abled people really need to understand that some wheelchair users /can/ walk and stand and even run, but only for a certain period, while the rest of the time they need the wheelchair. even if he /was/ faking it (which i think he wasnt, as a disabled person myself), its still not okay to assume wheelchair users CANT stand/walk 100% of the time. cfs/me exists, on-and-off paralysis exists, arthritis exists, for the love of fuck not all wheelchair users are 100% wheelchair-bound! i for example have had my cfs worsen and go untreated for so long that i can no longer run even slightly without suffering serious pain (and i havent been able to since middle school, while ive had mild pain from running when i was younger than that), i can no longer go up stairs with more than 5 or so steps without being winded and in pain, and even going up slopes hurts. nowadays, i need to take the elevator (which, because im not visibly disabled, abled ppl steal from me all the time) and even walk up wheelchair ramps to avoid taking stairs. if i worsen, i may need a wheelchair in the future, but this doesnt mean ill lose my ability to walk. abled neurotypical ppl shut up challenge
