I remember i had this class mate in 6th grade and we were suppose to make projects on our favorite historical figures and this kid thought that the teacher said "favorite dictators' and he was gonna do hitler then he decided to do Walt Disney 💀

Not defending hitler. But dehumanizing him and saying he is pure evil is part of the problem. The man he was was largely a result of world war 1. He started to dehumanize poeple as a scapegoat of the loss kf that war.
