When I have to press down 'crusts' into cupcake tins, I use a spice bottle! I find one that fits in the bottom of the cupcake liner, cover the bottom in plastic wrap, and use that to push it down. Works well and I find it goes a little faster than using a spoon or something smaller :)

I adore your small batch recipes! I have a family of four and the only problem with making 12-16 cupcakes is that everyone thinks it's a challenge to see how fast they can disappear! LOL Small batch, no problem! Everyone gets one and the hubby and I can have an extra one after the kids have gone to bed! ^.~

So convenient to make a small batch recipe, and also including the gram measurements.. Usually when I am looking for a recipe its with a batch of 24 and 3 eggs which makes it so complicated when you want to make 12 or 6. I like it that you also include the grams :D Makes life easier haha

I'm going to make these cupcakes so much but I might make these cupcakes with different chocolate bars like a snickers bar or a malteser bar (that might be a bit to hard because it hasn't got any caramel or toffee in it just a bit to dry!)

If you use vodka for your fondont. It makes it less sticky for when you are mixing colors in to it and trying to make designs and shapes.

Hi this is a simple question but aquestion non the less. Could we use, like caramel melts, I can't seem to find those types of melts. Also would it be diffrent if it was in like a bread baking tray, or is it the same, just alot more of the three ingrediants thanks great idea I've been craving Twix but this will make me feel sick to the stomach after I try to eat that whole twix bar by myself hahaha thank you heaps
