Calcium is urgent. Woman at forties needs at least 2000 mg calcium per day. Your backache, and knee and leg pain is caused by calcium deficiency. If you don't consume calcium enough, your body absorbs calcium from your bones to maintain your body ph balance. Fruit and veggies help to balance it a lot. Unhealthy foods and drinks ruin the balance. Take fruit, veggies, and calcium a lot. ASAP. Get rid of those pains.

The rebel moms are alaways the hottest. Just my experience. Alan warns charlie of getting involved with a single mom. He still ends up getting hurt while charlie is happy and going for seconds.
