We're undeniably in a plastic pollution crisis, and most of that plastic is in our oceans, where it definitely doesn't belong. A significant portion of all the trash in the ocean is discarded fishing gear, such as nets, ropes, and fishing lines, which are likely made from synthetic material. The culprit is clear here; we just need to take action. Action is progress! 🦭
