Two Baby Seals Rescued From Severe Entanglements

We're undeniably in a plastic pollution crisis, and most of that plastic is in our oceans, where it definitely doesn't belong. A significant portion of all the trash in the ocean is discarded fishing gear, such as nets, ropes, and fishing lines, which are likely made from synthetic material. The culprit is clear here; we just need to take action. Action is progress! 🦭

Ugh.! When a piece of flesh from the 🦭 flipped off him & onto the net I thought I was gonna throw right up. When I saw the wound as Naude moved the net to remove the entanglement from the first seal, I was surprised by how solid he was -- I expected him to be skinny with his neck looking like that. Thanks for saving the 2 pups ... as always, the OCN team's AMAZING! ❤
