What the Jewish guy said in the beginning is a solid point and discussed by Muslim theologians immensely. Saying the attributes are the part of God is problematic. Because if God has parts it makes him مركب. Anything مركب can not be God. احد means someone who has no parts. Absolute oneness is compromise if you say otherwise. Actually, his being able to bring the issue is because of their theology affected heavily by Muslim scholars. The question is how come can you say a person creator before he created anything? It seems a legitimate question. But has a defect which is supposing God time-dependent as other existence. We can not refer with time reference to his omnipresent existence and the attributes. But discussing these kind of problems publicly is a mistake. You have to protect the public from deep theological problems, not because of the weakness of the Islamic doctrines but the weakness of the ordinary men intellect.
