This has so many deep things in it - the lack of protection of black women, the over sympathy towards white men, domestic violence…also thank you for putting his name and number its so beautiful that you did that presumably to protect others. I hope bali is beautiful you deserve it

This is why healthy families are so important. This is why having a healthy father is so important. This is why healthy marriages are important. This is why having family involved in the “dating” process is important.

Stalkers are so serious and not talked about enough.. I had one in Japan and I needed to move away because the police wouldn't help much.. I'm still in Japan and I'm always looking over my shoulder.

I came across your channel learning how to roller skate and never expected to see a video like this. Thank you for raising awareness and remaining strong throughout all of that. Our justice system doesn’t do enough when it comes to stalkers and white men as perpetrators. I’m happy you were able to find peace and a solution in the end. Hoping you stay safe, strong and healthy :)

I had a equally controlling stalker too in college and it wrecked my relationships. In my case it was one date. He harassed me at school and when I publicly turned him down he chose to doxx me and put multiple ads on Craigslist/forums. He sent pictures of my house and anytime I changed numbers he have it within the hour. It was 2 years of threats and phone calls. It was awful. I wasn’t close to family at the time so I just suffered in silence.. i do look back and wish I had been tough as you. ❤

Dasia, thank you for posting this. I have 3 daughters that I need to show this to. Not just to show how dangerous people can be, but also to show how it’s possible to persevere through fear and be courageous when it feels like the world is not working like it’s supposed to. Thank you for being strong and courageous, but most of all for persevering.

This fear is legitimately why I don't date. Also there should be an organization you can reach out to who will protect women from stalkers when the police won't do anything. Like how the black panthers created an ambulance that had doctors on it and responded to problems better than police did so they had to acknowledge them and those became our future ambulances

This can completely ISOLATE a person and I'm still in that isolation but survive because I know I'm a spirit in a body and NEVER alone AND this world is NOT reality. This type situation could also explain why so many black females are missing??? Thank you for sharing this Dasia. You are EVERYTHING. BLESSINGS! 🎉🙏🏾💚🌏💎

This is why the Briana Boston’s situation pisses so many people off. All this happened with proof and yet there was nothing the system could do for you. But good on you for being smart and protecting yourself from that. I’ve had 2 instances where I’m like what is wrong with this person/it’s giving murderer or serial killer. I’m not against fireams but I am against the unsafe practices and violence. Only adults should weld them and therefore be mature enough to use them properly.

This reminded me of a similar situation from when I was in high school, dealing with bullying, racism & harassment. I changed to a boarding school from public ed & the people who abused me would call my dorm non stop trying to figure out which room I was in or if they could reach me. This went on until i moved to the Bay Area, long story short is that I had to pretty much change all my socials, block people and am still very wary of others to this day. Your story really resonated with me as a Black person because of the layers of systemic indifference to when seeking aid from the system & structures. But also choosing yourself and the life you want to live free of that fear.

I’m sorry that happened to you. Nobody deserves to live in fear like that. People like that guy that are obsessed with someone crave any kind of attention they can get. Where were all his creative threats when it turned out you were more serious about being left alone then he was about terrorizing you? I’m glad you were able to resolve the situation but sad you had to go through so much to do so. Thanks for sharing and making videos that educate us. ✊🏿

Thanks for sharing this Dasia. It's so sad that women are not protected as they should be. We have processes in place, but they're inadequate and poorly constructed. Law enforcement is not there to protect folks or prevent crimes. They exist to address crimes that have already occurred. Glad you got a piece and have become comfortable with using it. Not all 🔥arm owners are 'Murica. Most just see it as a tool for protection. Glad that devil is in prison.

As a kid I grew up watching the shows from investigation discovery. Although some episodes were made for the sake of entertainment it never fails amaze me the lengths people go just to have the feeling of control over someone else. The depressing reality is with many states in this country stalking is never taken seriously until the person ends up hurt or dead. The cases that come to mind when I think of stalking is the case of Leandra Ramm (Obsession Dark Desires: Season 1 Episode 5) and Lee Redmond (Stalked someone's watching: Season 2 Episode 14) This is why I always supported privacy laws and sites like Delete me because there are sick people out here and you never always know what someone is capable of doing to you until you become their target.

I mean….That’s what happens when you 🛌 wench it up. You probably noticed he was loony very early on, but that desire for mixed kids and 👱🏻‍♂️validation was too strong, so you ignored it and let it get that far. Happens all the time. There are many stories of 👩🏿‍🦰 losing their lives to a 👱🏻‍♂️ they thought they had a chance with. The problem with people of your type is you think you’re the “quirky” 👩🏿‍🦰 and that makes you special and grants you access to 👱🏻‍♂️. The only thing it’s going to get you is the nutty people. Normal, mentally healthy 👱🏻‍♂️ aren’t interested in dating 👩🏿‍🦰 . Hate to break it to ya. This was your wakeup call. You learned about the dangers of 👱🏻‍♂️worshipping, and how you have no allies if you find yourself in a bad situation with one.🤷‍♀️

@@DasiaDoesIt When did this become about “serial killers”? You are using red herrings to distract from what I just said. Was it a black male who stalked and terrorized you or a 👱🏻‍♂️? Hmm It’s interesting how quick you throw black men under the bus to defend 👱🏻‍♂️ and save face. Just goes to show that what I said was accurate. I’m sure your black brother (RIP) and black father appreciate your comments.
