I often make that with cherry pie, peach pie, and apple pie since the hint of almonds brings out the flavour of stone fruits and apple so well!

This recipe saved the day for me! After having botched a different version of white chocolate mousse already, I found this recipe, it was simple and came out perfectly.

One thing I have enjoyed about cooking and baking a lot, is that I always have the ingredients on hand. Even the heavy cream, I usually buy a couple of 1 pint containers at a time. It doesn’t spoil as quickly as whole milk so it gives me time between each use.

Can you make this in advance? If yes, how many days and is it recommended to store in the refrigerator or freezer? Considering to make for my husband for Father’s Day.

Don't like white chocolate anything, to me it doesn't taste like chocolate, probably because it isn't chocolate, to me it tastes like condensed milk. Sorry, one can't please everyone all the time hey!
