@Albert Mora The only Latin Americans that might be able to speak english are those who have the means to have private english classes. The rest of the people are given public english classes, and well, we know how "good" those classes are. So, you are correct. I would even venture to say, as an Argentinian, that most of us speak more portuguese rather than english. Of course, that last sentence is my opinion and personal experience; I don't have any facts for that.

@@pianosonata5029 Not necessarily. I reached C1 in English a few years ago, mostly by watching series, YT and reading a bunch of literature and articles. You don't need private lessons to become fluent in any language, if you have an internet connection it's just a matter of motivation.

Yep, I confirm. We basically have the same linguistic roots, so to us italians learning spanish is actually among the easiest ones, mainly because we share same grammar structures and many words too.

If you speak Spanish, without studying Portuguese at all, you can understand more Brazilian Portuguese than italian. It can take you less than 6 months to learn Portuguese, I did it. I haven't tried learning Italian

@@ran160 to say "for spanish speakers" it's too much, for mexicans it's really hard to hide their accent when they speak english. on the contrary, i feel like Argentinians have a better time mimicking english accents. so i really believe that it's a different difficulty for every spanish speaking country.

Vivo en chile, se supone que dentro de la ocde figura con un ipc de casi 30 mil dolares, y efectivamente, la desigualdad es tal que apenas el 10 % tiene mas dinero que el 90% restante y aun asi somos uno de los paises con la tasa de obesidad mas alta.

@@arielgonzaleztobar2677 como que no tiene cara de chileno, si su cara es la de un chileno comun y corriente. aca pasa desapercibido. pero es latino, lo que une ambos origenes. en chile hay muchos alemanes desde hace decadas y muchos se identifican como chilenos alemanes por cierto.
