And as an additional note, to be honest, in America or even in South Korea particular, BTS has received a lot of hatred and unfair treatment, but BTS has always shown progress in music and always prioritizes the quality of music and what is more important than music, namely the meaning it wants. they convey to the public. If BTS only thought about materials/money then they wouldn't spend millions of dollars just for 1 music video, they wouldn't go to such great lengths to prepare props and stage sets at concerts, hold free concerts for their fans, and even donate on behalf of their fans. From there we realized that as ARMY we never make the wrong choice and support idols. Yeah, that's Our BTS..... Thank you for great reaction💜

Just note that people might get mistaken when she says “armys will buy every album, BTS depends on armys” it might sounds like BTS is using Armys enthusiasm for money, but regardless that Armys are willingly doing that, BTS always pays back to armys. They have held not multiple but a lot of FREE events for armys that cost millions dollars. They have held FESTA 2023 for armys which basically like a festival that gather around 400k people on the venue to celebrate BTS 10th anniversary and it was not just a basic funfair festivals you can look it up, and their legendary Yet To Come Busan FREE CONCERT that have 55,000 attendees. Not to mention how they have rent a venue just for armys who are queuing to take shelter during a super hot weather, they also keep giving super expensive gift for FREE to armys who came supporting them to watch the music shows they’re performing and many more. AND also, those physical album that are mass bought by army are not thrown away, they gave away the albums to armys who can’t afford to buy themselves. 💜💜

Another frustrating thing is when people are questioning me like why do you care about this? you are not even related to the artist and you are not even an artist but I think its really important to know and care about this kind of things because it doesn't happened only to music industry. Corruption is a very dangerous issue if we keep closing our eyes . Innocent people can be put down and wrongly accused when corruption in power. Just look at politics. The principle that we built between BTS and Army are takes and gives. and we strive for everyone or content that supports BTS to support it too. That is a form of our responsibility and loyalty as fans. Don't worry because when you find BTS, Army will find you. That's what differentiates army from other fandoms (loyalty and enthusiasm)💜

When I used to listen to music with internet, Blackpink songs suddenly played in a BTS playlist made by KZbin... always. I don't hate them. Bts tickets prices have been: nosebleed seats $60, middle seat tickets $120-$175, floor tickets $250 and soundcheck vip tickets $450. The prices are about the same in every country. The problem is that Bts tickets are sold out in under 30minutes. Everything you see in sale after that are resale tickets from people that got tickets and are trying to benefit by selling them at over price. Army has ticket resale sites where real armys sell tickets to other armys for the value price and not scam or cheat. I bought myself tickets to Agust d concert from facebook army ticket sales site and paid $450 for vip soundcheck ticket, when in ticketmaster scammer resale prices were $5000- $10000.

A little correction. Ice spice blew up with Pink pantheress on Boy’s a Liar. The karma remix Taylor had with Ice spice actually flopped commercially even though it had radioplay. And even with how much swifties claimed to dislike the remix, it got a Grammy nomination, just like how boracity explained If the commercial route fails, they opt for the Grammy route. Such a classic industry move😂

Concert ticket presale for those with paid ARMY membership is actually not insanely expensive. But once tickets sales hit the general public (assuming there’s any ticket left at all) or once you are left with ticket resale and third party sellers, that’s when prices really skyrocket. So the best time is to catch the presale directly from the source; easier said than done, of course.

Oh, and when BTS announced their military service, fandoms were like, "Finally, someone else can win awards!" Dude. Do you not realize that you just admitted your faves need the competition removed entirely before they can measure up? I do feel very bad for other idols when I see the results of voting, though. It's always BTS vs a selected BTS-beater- sometimes SKZ, sometimes Ateez, sometimes GOT7...Shinee- and it depresses me to scroll down the list of nominees and see, BTS 37%, BTS-beater, 35%, 3rd place group 4%, 4th and under, less than 2%. It must be so miserable for the idols if they look at the numbers and have to say, 'Gee, I guess all our...fans... are voting for #2 instead of us, because #2 beating BTS is more important than supporting us....' That's another of the major differences between ARMY and everyone else: we vote for our guys if they're first, second, seventh, or fiftieth. You don't catch us throwing our votes to, say, SKZ, in the hopes that they'll get the award and BP won't.

You guys don't have any idea of the amount of sabotages BTS' members have received lately. It's crazy and SO unfair. Billboard keep changing the rules every time they get a hit and they are the only ones that end up falling from the charts while the others stays the same. BTS barely gets radio points and the other artists under American labels get millions because of payola... How is that the general public being basically forced to listen to certain songs due to the industry's tactics is more organic that fans listening their favorite artists whenever they want? How is that the majority of these artists that get #1 all the time can't really do stadium tours like Bangtan or even sold out arenas? I'm sorry but the fact radio airplay now weight more than real people streaming and buying songs makes no sense to me. AND we are basically getting robbed because wdym 90% of Jimin's the sales were deleted? This is real people's money, efforts to support. And the saddest and most frustrating thing is that armys always try to show to the world this issue but we get zero response. The general public ignore us because it's BTS and ignoring because they are of racist and xenophobic too. Why BTS gets all that unprovoked hate? Like bro all the sht the industry is doing is so wrong and that can affects small artists as well.. If things like this would happen to an American artist or a white artist, people would react differently and unite to complain too (it have happened before with 5sos), but because it's about BTS, an Asian group, people chooses to ignore all the corruption. That's disgusting. No matter how much they change their rules and try to drag them down, we will not allow that and after all, Bangtan doesn't need their help to increase streams. They are the ones that can really sold out stadiums in minutes globally. Like I said, BTS and Army only have each other and we both have gone though so many hardship but always find the way to keep going. We will adapt and find the way to keep BTS at the top and make them succeed as always because they deserve it. We shouldn't think much about this but it is really frustrating and the best thing we can do is not ignore this issue, that would be like helping them to destroy Bangtan. I'm not saying that a number or getting certain awards will define how good they are because this is a corrupt industry, but giving them this things are a way of showing our support and reciprocate our love to them because BTS have already gave us so much happiness, strength and comfort with their music, messages, content and more. 💜 (Sorry for the long comment)

@@TripTipsPodcast Actually I used to not believe it, not till I watched it with my own eyes how BTS views in KZbin "magically" disappears. I've literally seen it myself, and it wasn't just hundred thousands of view but MILLIONS!!! Once I saw that, I was so frustrated. The numbers were turning red which means the views were rapidly decreasing, and I thought all Kpop groups views must be like this so I watched Jisoo's "Flower" views but her views was fine, so I watched Twice "Set Me Free" views, theirs were fine too. So I checked Jimin's "Like Crazy" but it was all red. So I watched the line charts of Newly released Kpop songs views and compared them. It's only Jimin that has such a weird line chart, cause it looks like a ladder going downwards, but other Kpop groups are still straight line and only going upwards. Besides KZbin deleting his views and Spotify filtering more than half of his streams and Billboard deleting 90% of his songs sales. TikTok is also sabotaging him too. Only recently I've seen Jimin's dance challenge with Taemin and the views were 44M. But the next day it went from 44 million views to 22M. I even have screenshots of it as proof. However the views of other Kpop idols like Taemin were unaffected. It's only the vid were Jimin appears that has the views mysteriously gets deleted. Also another fun fact that you can search in Google. The word "Jimin" can no longer trend on TWITTER, cause Twitter deleted it or should I say deliberately change it to a regular word or phrase that people use everyday like "good morning" "hello", etc. So that it would no longer appear on trending page. Basically even if millions of people hashtags "Jimin" on Twitter, it won't trend at all. Anyways, it's no longer about whether you believe there's corruption in the music industry or not, but the facts were right there. Even if it's not obvious it's still very suspicious. Like how can JK's views in 10 days the same number as Stray Kids views in just 3 days?? It just doesn't add up, sure StrayKids is popular in Kpop sphere but if you ask any random person on the street who StrayKids are, they certainly wouldn't know. But they certainly would have heard of BTS. I've tested it, I've ask my classmates who doesn't know anything about Kpop if they've heard of StrayKids, NCT, TXT, ATEEZ, ENHYPHEN, New Jeans, IVE, etc. They of course haven't heard of them, but they've unsurprising heard of BTS and BP and little bit of EXO. So the views just doesn't makes sense. Besides I've seen lots of Kpop groups like StrayKids, Black Pink, XG, and even the new debuted group Baby Monster have tons of Music Video sponsored ads in KZbin but I have never seen a BTS ad before. And you already know, those ads count as views even if you skipped it.

It also happens with purchases, we are a team that is not only obsessed with numbers, we also appreciate art and that is why it motivates us to give our best, bc we receive the best in quality from BTS. 27:24 here you talk about Girl Groups I recommend you Mamamoo 😉 They have a similar history to Bangtan, only due to poor promotion they are not very famous. The author of Boracity, as always, did a wonderful job. Without any scruples, she exposed the dirty tricks of the music industry not only in the US but also in Korea... I'm not surprised that K-pop itself doesn't arouse your enthusiasm. I recommend seeing another essay "Is the hybe family a think?" on Boracity discussing the so-called k-pop families associated with music labels. This material clearly shows the weakness of this industry, which lies in its ossified framework and an anachronistic system that does not motivate idols to develop themselves. This year's MAMA and Melon Awards 2023 galas without big names on stage (read BTS) mercilessly exposed the weakness of K-pop and its smallness outside Asia. Moreover, this year's awarding of awards at both events raises many doubts. Jimin (the first Korean ever to chart at No. 1 on the Billboard 100), who was inundated with nominations, received only one award. V, who delighted in his refined vocal virtuosity in the Layover project and absolutely stood out from other projects (probably addressed only to "forest grandparents" 70+), was not honored with any award. Another example. It's unbelievable how it was possible to nominate the least hip-hop song Suga (performed with IU) for an award this year (in the Rap&Hip-hop category) and ignore Haegum. This is absolutely the most powerful song from D-day, exposing the confusion and helplessness of the modern world in the face of a flood of contradictory and unverifiable media information, societies incited to sick competitiveness based on the worst of instincts: envy. Apparently, for Korea (or rather the K-pop industry), the size of BTS and their solo projects are a problem. And perhaps that is why their achievements and importance in their own country are constantly downplayed... Greetings from Europe🤗💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I was just watching a video the other night about how low MAMA viewing was without BTS there. And yes, the awarding was a sick joke. @@TripTipsPodcast 36:38 You're right Maybe BTS and Taylor Swift Fans are close in numbers. But that's not accurate at all. First of all. BTS is clearly in DISADVANTAGE. Forget about the suppression of both West and Kpop Industry, people don't even bother to give them a chance because they already have negative pre-concieve notion of Kpop so they automatically view BTS in negative light without even actually listening to any of their music. Secondly people in the West usually look down on "boy bands", not to mention a "POP" band like BTS. Thirdly, even people in South Korea don't listen to BTS, why? Because they are labeled as Kpop or kpop idols. Majority of people in South Korea don't treat "idol music" seriously cause it's just nothing more than noisy but glamorous music designed for young kids. Fourthly, BTS are Asians so they constantly face extreme racism and xenophobia. Fifth, BTS are constantly being looked down upon and being ridiculed by most men around the world because they aren't "masculine" enough. 6th, BTS also faces LANGUAGE BARRIER, cause obviously they aren't English and 97% of their songs aren't in English. And as you may know it's obviously a lot easier for any English artist to be popular globally but this does not apply to BTS. 7th, most ppl automatically thinks BTS are for kids or for teenage girls, so most males and older people don't bother to try them out. 8th, besides discrimination out of ignorance, BTS also constantly faces fierce competition in the Kpop Industry, cause the Kpop Industry can't wait to replace them. So they sneakily also sabotage them. Besides it's no secret that most Kpop fans hates BTS so usually they would unite and vote other groups that would compete against BTS in hopes of defeating them. Taylor Swift on the other hand doesn't have these obstacles, she doesn't get sabotaged or gets suppressed by the Music Industry either. Also she's American so she kinda have no problem winning any Grammy's. And she has no fierce competition in the Industry either cause it's not like there's artist out there who can replace her in any given moment and she had been in the Industry for a very very long time. So she also has lots of World Tours, etc. BTS on the other hand, barely has any. They only have at most 3 or 4 throughout their career and their last world tour was like 5-6 years ago. And besides Taylor Swift doesn't need to enlist in the military, so she doesn't have "hiatus" or need to take a break for like 2 years. BTS on the other hand doesn't have that luxury. Lastly, BTS doesn't came from a huge label or company so their company have no power and influence to promote them. They also have no industry support unlike bands one direction, Black Pink, EXO, and other bands from Big 3. So technically comparing the quantity of Taylor Swift fans, and any other bands or any other artist around the world to BTS fans is not fair at all. Cause BTS fans is already one of the biggest if not THE BIGGEST fandom around the world. Hardly ANYONE can match that number except probably Taylor Swift who doesn't have disadvantages. So do you know how crazy that is?? The fact that insane number is merely the result of BTS being heavily on DISADVANTAGE. Other artists would even cheat their way to appear even way bigger than they actually are yet BTS is still far bigger than most of them despite the unfair chains that binds them. So if we take off all of their disadvantage one by one, can you even begin to imagine how big BTS actually is?!?

With the ticket prices, the really expensive tickets are from resellers. BTS tickets are not too bad considering the expenses of getting their props & stage etc over to other countries. Plus they have to make multiple of them so that if they do a concert in the US & then go to Brazil, they already have everything in both countries. Nothing would be worst than all your stage, props etc being delayed in customs or go missing in transit. ARMY have a strict policy of not buying from resellers unless it’s a day of or a day or two before & we won’t let the resellers make a huge profit, so if they don’t drop the ridiculous price (one concert the reseller want U$40,000) then we won’t buy. The ticketing companies (although they are own by the one company) allows this practice because they get a cut of both the original sale & the resell. BTS last concert in US, no one but BTS fans were allowed to buy tickets in pre-sale, the tickets sold out before they were due to go on sale for the general public & there were no ridiculous resale prices in tickets. The only tickets I remember seeing up for resale were when the buyer had been trying for all four days just hoping to be able to tickets for one or a family emergency happened & they could no longer go, (ticket purchasing by ARMY is cut throat, we sometimes call it the Hunger Games), but got multiple days. They were reselling at ticket face value, no profit.

I got tickets to their BBMA and other sold out tickets for festivals that way. If it's too early you'll get pushed back and then can't get anything. A minute to late and it'll be sold out. i want you guys to know that one of the key reasons as to why bts succeeded globally was because army, their fandom, wasi/is filled with people like boracity. at the end of the video you said how impressed you are that boracity knows so much about the industry and i instantly had to come to comment this - most armys learned all this from research and experience since 2017. the ways the charts and the industry work? we all studied that shit. back in 2016 we fans studied the chart rules EXCESSIVELY. and the main reason for this was bc we knew that bts had no one else on their side but us. we knew that it was we fans who could make things happen for them and become their shield on the way to the top. so we used to have a bunch of fanbases with the sole purpose of 1) educating every army on VALID chart rules (aka how to buy or stream in ways to make it count for charts) 1) testing out new methods of how to optimize of our efforts the most. we would have teams do testings on how to stream, what makes a stream filtered. how to buy? how many times you can buy and in what ways to make it count? back in the day we even had fanbases for us states radios just for requests. armys were mad researchers and we climbed higher and higher on the charts each time bc after each success we sat down to study what worked and what we could do even better next time. and also we were all here for all the times where we did everything correctly and yet the industry made shady moves against bts and us. and that's why how we came to these realizations about how the industry is interconnected and how it works. one of the major reasons as to why the western industry despises the bts army is because how INFORMED and smart we are. you won't find any other fandom to any other artists who know more about chart rules and such than bts army. and we are a MASS. this knowledge is on a massive platform's scale. and every time we make bts succeed purely based on their own talent and our efforts of supporting them, the industry not only doesn't profit off of it but we as fans also successfully end up illuminating the industry's actual shady business and sabotages. so they hate bts and their fans because the more we succeed it became harder and harder to sabotage us without also shedding a massive light on their own corruption.

what you said about the lyrics in girl groups is true. that´s why girl groups are mainly big on youtube or tik tok because men only like to stare at them dance. and music from tik tok is all about the catchy beat not lyrical substance. so BTS is the only kpop group who is popular among all generations and not just the youth. and that is because of the lyrics and positive messages. now a days a bad story sell more than the good. but then comes BTS who as a bright positive message of change and people is hungry for it. it was what happened to me. i had listened to a few kpop songs before BTS but non of them spoke to me it was just overly visual based music and the lyrics don´t matter. so it´s really great to se BTS being at the front showing how music should be like. it reminds me of music like MJ with amazing msg and also many of the classic songs.

The solo efforts of the bots have been so fine and so varied, it's a crime they're treated so. They know they won't get awards except fan awards usually, if they're invited to appear, they're there for eye candy and ratings. A V live with --was it Jungkook? -- got more people watching than the Grammys when they weren't there in 2023. They made the ratings for Grammy when they performed Butter in 2022.

Something id like to mention about how you said a lot kpop girls and kpop boys have superficial af songs, thats general the title track. Songs with repeatability, that are ear worms, and super catchy are the title tracks, they tend to be easier to listen to with superficial meaning bcs thats what, sadly, gets the general public's attention. Most groups have way deeper b-side tracks, because unlike BTS, they cannot afford a complex song as a title track, there's also the fact most groups dont have the level of autonomy that BTS does, BTS havent just been writing their music since the start, but now hold stocks in their company. No group in kpop or even a lot of western artists have this level of autonomy. Another thing Id like to add, men do not need talent to make it big either, there are many mediocre men with zero personality who are hella famous, and male artists DO sell sex. It seems more evident with women because our whole bodies are way more sexualized than men's, but men do sell sex, whether its the attitude, the face, the body, the very sexual or explicit songs. Men sell sex just as much and often times use the sexualization of women to do it. At least women sell sex by sexualizing themselves. 😂 Also you're mad that they sell sex but that's what the public consumes so that's what artists cater... so, who's at fault? Either way, i mainly listen to foreign songs or indie artists because while i do enjoy a sexy song, the hyper sexualization is not something i enjoy all the time. About the jewish people being at the top, its less jewish people, and more Zionist groups that are at the top, but people dont like talking about that, or people would be way more concerned about whats going on right now on the other side of the world. In general, you made very good points, but i just wanted to clarify this.

Taylor Swift has a giant fandom, too. She is one of the few artists who has sold out stadium tours. BTS can sell their tickets for higher prices, but they have always tried to keep their ticket prices reasonable for fans. Their canceled MOTS7 tour (due to the pandemic) tickets prices were kept the same price for their Permission to Dance concerts, which were held after the pandemic, even though they were a lot more popular and had gained more fans at the time. Also, BTS (group) has not used Dynamic Pricing for tickets, like many of the Western artists do. Taylor had dynamic pricing for the tickets for her most recent tour. Dynamic pricing is when ticket prices are determined by supply and demand... less tickets equals higher prices.

Radio wasn't always a scam, of course. It has been around for over a century, invented in the 1890s, & was the main media even after film & television were starting to slooowly take over starting in the 1920s. It only started becoming scammy, or scam-ish, once it was losing prevalence & relevancy, especially for these past couple decades, because it is an industry that is trying to desperately survive in the age of the computer & Internet. I would say the radio stations that are at least the good ones are those that rely on listener donations & usually does a pledge drive at least once a year. I listen to one western Classical station that does that. I listen to much much less radio nowadays if computer & television are not available, compared to the amount of radio in the 1970s & 1980s as a kid. The only time now that makes sense for radio listening is when driving in a car & that applies to practically everyone around the world. Radio should not really count anymore when it comes to music charting, or at least it can count, but at a smaller percentage than what charts use it for. I still have a few old radios I have kept, like old hand-held transistor radios & also have an AM radio kit I put together as a kid since I am an electronics person. I would love to see BTS brand-market a small cheap but quality transistor radio, that would be a combination radio & MP3 player & sold as merch at their concerts. They just have to do it in a way that it won't (or less) create fake reproductions by other people/scammers.

Thank you for your thoughts on girl kpop groups. I agree and am repeatedly dismayed by the numbers (male and female!) who go "Wow" and use other exclamations, as if the performance is outstanding. I just can't understand it - maybe it is a sex thing, but that's pretty ridiculous. I like sex, and even as a woman I like sexually beautiful performances by woman AND men, and yet I find them usually totally non-sexy, non-sensual. And Kpop women - nooooo. So I wonder if this is an Asian fetish thing. Fair play to these artists, they are verrrry restricted in what they can show/ how they are permitted to behave, so their sexualised movements are very stylised and doll or even child like. They are all beautiful, but I find them usually pretty anodyne - because I like intelligence in my sex, thank you very much. BUT - I believe most of them are incredibly talented, skilled and hardworking, some are very intelligent too, but hardly any of the music displays that. I would love to see these women permitted much greater artistic freedom as well as see them write about their own life, challenges and thoughts. That is what makes BTS so great, and it is increasingly what other male groups are starting to do - but not enough, and not as well as BTS who - honestly - have 13 years experience already. I looked it up - Swifties are thought to be about 16% of US populations - c54m. Official BTS fanclub members are probably about 50m, but frankly I, and most of my ARMY friends are not official ARMY members - I suspect that the number of total ARMY might be twice the official club. Boracity's films are always insightful and often crucifying for western media. ARMY often know much of this already - at least at some level. I also think many ARMY's feel that western awards and opinion is irrelevant. I'm a western woman, and I can't bring myself to care. When I look at what does appear on the charts, well, no, who cares. Mindless, repetitive, often racist, often consumerist, often hyper-sexualised, often misogynist rubbish. Rubbish is putting it very politely too. Now, sometimes the actual artists are talented, and perhaps steered a certain way by their companies. Often the music conforms to a computer-analysed profile of what has succeeded. But it is bad music, and will not persist. The artists who will persist are those with something substantial to say and with their own style of presentation. Which is why "that country guy" went viral.

You said all that very well indeed- I think you helped me clarify why girl groups simply do not interest me at all. Yes, and don't get me started on western music; you literally stated my thoughts about the repetition, the lack of creativity and visual imagery, the repetition, the simplified terminology, the repetition... yes, it is BORING. At best. At worst, it's garbage. And of course the double handshake between radio and billboard ensures that boring garbage is almost all we get- since they're actively pushing away anything better. I don't listen to 'modern' music, but I have been a bit dismayed by BTS's shift towards western and their willingness to collab with western artists. Some of them, ok, it works- Coldplay, Megan, Halsey, Usher, Anderson Paak. But some of this... I feel like when you mix BTS and American music, the American is improved, but the BTS suffers by comparison. In the sense that Standing Next to You and 3D are better-than-average songs, even quite good, but do NOT rank with Begin and My Time.

Just want to leave it here: the words like BTS and Jimin is censored on Twitter, for the reason that these words(names)is always trending. So ARMYs on twt uses another word likr "BTS BTS BTS" and "JIMIM" instead. So it's not impossible if reaction channels like yours gets affected by these algorithms if you put BTS or ARMY keywords. ARMYs will always support BTS. And our fandom is known for being organized and strategic. We can thwart political propagandas and trend something if we really desire to. ARMYs have seen many reaction channels and we know how our support will help these channels grow, and we are proven how some of these clout chasing channels are not genuine. i am not saying TS is a bad artist but she wouldn't be in her position and with the number of awards she has speaking other language and with no american company after her

Taylor has mad payola... Her radio is double, triple than her actual streams

In addition to bundling, TS also has a history of releasing multiple album versions. 3 easy examples: Folklore (18), Midnight (20+), 1989 (18) etc. Too tired & disillusioned to look-up ALL the limited, exclusive or bundled + variant versions/packages available for them OR for rest of her many other albums…..... I find this truly disheartening since it now forces me to re-examine her artistic integrity & re-visualize some of her formerly “courageous” actions as calculated risks instead. And re the Ice Spice racism/xenophobia ugliness:- Not just media critics but even her own fandom actually called her (& ex-bf) out on the entire fiasco & disingenuous PR damage-control cleanup. With her undeniably tremendous talents, TS is actually 1 of few artists powerful (& privileged) enough to NOT have to engage in mercenary tactics & yet still be able to succeed in the industry. So her questionable choices really hurt those who respect(ed) her, her music and/or even consider her as a role model.

I loved your reaction and how you made the difference btw BTS and all the other K-pop groups. I'm not a K-pop fan/follower, I'm a fan of BTS, They are on another level as you said. Keep reacting to them, and to their solo projects. Greetings from Argentina!

Seven dominated spotify daily global chart for weeks, being #1 most played song day after day, but on spotify's Top Hits playlist it was always dangling somewhere on #10th place lol. that playlist is total bs

Many still feel like BTS stole the global fame that their fave groups were entitled to as those groups came from better companies with better resources, better professionals to help them and better connections. Many EXO stans still feel slighted by BTS's success and try to push the narrative that they're not that big or successful and it's really EXO who has worldwide fame. They're still living in the past, trapped in another era about 8 years ago when that group was genuinely on top by kpop standards at that time. I suspect that it hurts their pride to accept that BTS got this massive after they made fun of them for being poor, cringy, ugly, untalented, nugus (meaning nobodies or literally 'who' in English). They were taught that only Big 3 companies could produce the biggest acts so they still can't wrap their minds around this change that broke the kpop wheel. Some even trying to rename Big 3 to the Big 4 to include HYBE so that it can make more sense to them how a nobody company could grow big enough to buy up the others if it wanted to. It's more insulting to them as that growth was all on the backs of the group they bullied and tried to get disbanded. It's sad because it didn't need to be like that. You'd think they would have gotten over it and grown by now, but they're still forcing this weird competition that they lost years ago. They would rather fight ARMY online than focus on buying, streaming and voting for their group because they're still stuck in the mindset that the group is so big and special that they can do well on their own without majoy fan support. Then they cry online when BTS wins everything and they have to listen to thank you speeches where BTS praise ARMY. They could be working hard to get their group back on top but they rather stalk BTS livestreams and posts so they can make fun of them online. It would be infuriating if it wasn't so sad.

But even if it was the same people going to different concert they still pay for tickets. But considering they sell out arenas in different countries so im sure its not always the same people. And what I’ve seen taylor swift fans and Armys Usually don’t get along. Taylor swift fans like to say she’s much better and has more fans and us armys say the same.

I think I live under a rock,I have never heard a single TS song and I didn't even know she existed until BTS once mentioned her,I haven't listened to music on the radio since 2014 and I don't consume music that is "mainstream" And since I am army and know more or less how billboard and other rankings work,I distance myself even further from everything that appears there,BTS and TXT are the only kpop groups that I follow because their music is different and not something monotonous, thanks for the video and speaking honestly even though other fandoms may dislike it,stay healthy and happy, borahae 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

it´s actually true. i watched a reaction from two deferent people who has a friend working for sportify and his job was picking songs for the playlists. and it´s paid by the labels in america. you can´t get on this playlist unless you pay for it, or when a song get so big on tik tok, that they are forced to ad it. other artists like latin artist bad bunny for instance he is really big but never get played because they claim it´s because no one want to listen to latin. but America has SO many latin speaking people and you also have spanish in school, so that is just bull. another reactor said KZbin do shady things too.

Taylor is coming here November 2024 and it's over 4K for nosebleed seats, never mind floor seats. My sister is going and she paid 6200 for her ticket. I had a bad experience with Taylor's fanbase last month. On Twitter I was chatting with some friends and I mentioned that I didn't really know the name of any of her songs and within 5 minutes I was swarmed with hate comments and being told to k myself.
