Tacos? SALSA! Fajitas? SALSA?
Getcha Some APC BBQ Rubs Here:
www.pitmaster.us/
Breakfast? SALSA! You always need salsa no matter what dish or meal you are making so be sure to always have these two ready to go fresh or from the fridge!
There are so many ways to make red and green salsas and I’m gonna share with you my two favorite recipes.
My SALSA VERDE is HOT. Jalapeños, serranos and garlic is all you need and I love this simple green salsa because it can also be a base to kick up the heat in almost any other salsa you make.
My SALSA ROJA is just savory and dang delicious. Chile piquin, chiltepin, garlic and Roma tomatoes is all you need to make this red salsa. This combination uses the "official" pepper of the State of Texas, combines it with the tomatoes and gives it a great flavor to balance out the heat and also make it good for different dishes.

I love finding new recipes for salsa to learn from. I got famous with friends and family with my salsa and I actually put 1 or 2 Carolina reapers because it has an outstanding flavor. Granted, it can get extremely spicy but people I know who hate that much heat will suffer because the salsa tastes so good. But I've been searching for interesting ways to do a Verde and I think I found a good base! This looks awesome.

Fresh Habanero or dry Chile de árbol 🌶️ in packets are good if you want more heat . If I go with the árbol I'll heat em slow on a half pan to release it's aroma then I'll blend like Arnie's doing but instead use Knorr chicken bouillon.

The cashier told me the secret was a lot of garlic. After watching your video, I think I figured out they dont use tomatillos at all! I believe they roast poblanos and then blend the jalapenos, garlic and serrano. Thanks Ernie!! I believe you helped me hack their recipe. Yours looks delicious too!!
