Oh wow I'm in love with this house also 😍! How I wish it has a balcony on the second floor at the back connecting the master bedroom, a bigger kitchen with window over the sink and maybe 6m wide and 8m long 😉. I really love the design of the interior and exterior. I'd like to build this house in my land near the ocean. 🤞🏻😊

Hi ganda talga nito , i have 70 sq M lot pero 38 floor area lang sna gusto ko pa 2 story pwede ba mag ask idea actually my sample ako ng guhit base sa gusto sna yari pero pwede ba makapagpagawa ng lay out talga o drawing namaggamit din sa oag applt ng permit buliding .. ang budget namin e nsa 300-400k lng thanks
