Two Strand twist Lock help?

when it begins to mature the twist pattern will go away..dont fret..stay patient...there are videos on youtube of ladies who started off with two-strand twists that developed into lovely locs without the twist pattern

I tried the comb dreads and they were weak and would unravel because I'm a very active person and sweat a lot working out and running, basketball, football, etc...so they didn't lock extra fast but they were a lot more durable.
