This meditation is a concept that I received from Dr. Becky Kennedy’s book “Good Inside” and turned it into a meditation. Dr. Becky shares how two things can be true in any given experience. This concept gives us permission to accept the reality of a particular circumstance and move through it with more heartfelt compassion and acceptance.
