This video is sad in that it makes ordinary citizens come across as demented apes. Yeah I don't like Sunderland but to dislike the colour red is pedantic and Sunderland fans whining about economic growth is in hindsight ludicrous considering the most productive car plant in EU is in Sunderland. All being said with my slightly conciliatory words I have only been to Sunderland about 3 times and it depresses me greatly, its like going back to the 1980s, obviously would be great if Sunderland city centre improved but for that alone I am glad for the relative bliss of being able walk down grey street from the monument and feel relatively fortunate.

Is it because you have half your fans from outside Newcastle (Gateshead Durham etc) or is it because like me loads of us work away and cant get back to fill our ground week in week out.
