I brought vegan blueberry crumble and vegan black sesame crumble recipe!
This recipe is super simple and this is no egg, no refined sugar, no milk and no butter!
You guys just need to mix the powder with the liquid๐ฅฐ

โ Alternative ingredients (same amount)
- Instead of soy milk, you can use milk and almond milk.
- You can use oat flour, almond powder, whole wheat flour, rice flour, and white flour what you want.
- Brown rice oil and melted butter can be used instead of coconut oil.
- Monk fruit sweetener, organic brown sugar, and white sugar can be used instead of Muscovado sugar.
- Erythritol and stevia vary in amount. It's hard to write the exact amount, so I recommend usin monk fruit sweetener, Muscovado or normal sugar :)
โYou can bake it in the air fryer. However, the specifications are different for each brand, so check the condition and bake it.
At first, bake it at a temperature lower than the oven temperature by 10ยฐC. Preheating is a must.
โ Be careful as the cake may be damaged if it is separated immediately from the mold without cooling down after baking.
Do it in advance
- Preheat the oven to 185ยฐC in advance.
- Put the parchment paper on the mold in advance.
Vegan black sesame crumble recipe
Round Pan No. 1 Size (Bottom diameter: 15 cm Height: 7 cm)
Ingredients
- Vegan black sesame crumble
35g of almond powder
30g of black sesame powder
25g of organic muscovado sugar
20g of coconut oil
A bit of salt
- vegan black sesame cake
120g of glutinous rice powder
40g of black sesame powder
Baking powder 7g
100g of organic muscovado sugar
A bit of salt
45g of coconut oil
35g of soy milk
1tsp of Vanilla Extract
- Vegan black sesame crumble
1. Put all black sesame crumble ingredients in one bowl, make dough, and store them in the freezer for a while.
2. Break the dough, which has become a little hard in the freezer, into a crumble shape.
- Vegan black sesame cake
1. Mix glutinous rice powder, black sesame powder, baking powder, muscovado and salt well
(If the sugar chunks are too big, break them with your hands.)
2. Add coconut oil, soy milk, and vanilla extract and mix.
3. Pan the finished cake dough into a cake mold covered with parchment paper. (Press it with your hands.)
4. Put crumbles on top of cake dough.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 185ยฐC for 30 minutes, then bake it at 190ยฐC for 5-8 minutes.
6. After baking it, cool it down completely.
7. Cut it into appropriate sizes and it's done.
- Vegan blueberry crumble recipe
In the video, I used the size 2 of the square mold, but I recommend to use the size 1.

25g of organic muscovado sugar
20g of coconut oil
A bit of salt
- Vegan blueberry cake
160g of oat flour
Baking powder 7g
7g of cinnamon powder
100g of organic muscovado sugar
A bit of salt
45g of coconut oil
35g of soy milk
1tsp of Vanilla Extract
- Blueberry compote
200g of blueberries
30g of organic muscovado sugar
1tsp of lemon juice
- Vegan blueberry crumble
1. Put all the blueberry crumble ingredients in one bowl, make them into dough, and store them in the freezer for a while.
2. Break the dough, which has become a little hard in the freezer, into a crumble shape.
- Vegan blueberry cake
1. Mix oat flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, muscovado and salt well.
