My boys’ pediatrician was always in a beautiful shirt, trousers, and tie, sometimes even a vest (it was kind of a fancier clinic). But he wore the greatest, wildest socks and ties. The boys loved to see what ones he was wearing. This made it so much easier for the kids to relate to him. M has never, and will never, get it right. She’s not stupid. Just selfish. And I’m not going to say IMO or allegedly. She’s given us enough evidence. I’d love for her to prove us wrong. But I won’t hold my breath ;-)

A masterclass in dressing appropriately from Catherine on the visit to Southport. She wanted to condole with the families and first responders but knew her visit would be a media frenzy. The coat is a re-wear, the colours are pleasant but muted and there's no particularly noticeable jewellery. The worst thing to do is buy clothes that are not your normal style. You'll feel uncomfortable, especially at a job interview. Thrift stores are perfect for browsing through clothes. They carry all brands and all sizes, ofc each piece is different. Wear leggings or skirt and thin top for quick try-on in a quiet spot (Goodwill closed all the dressing rooms). Choose items in your favorite neutral colors. You'll feel confident, good luck.
