Aww as a Taiwanese American it makes me feel so happy that you went to Taiwan and filmed all of this to show us. I’m saving this video as reference for places to visit hopefully in the future when I visit Taiwan again. My relatives are also from chiayi, Alishan is always so beautiful the air is extremely fresh. My family and I are also all veg, Taiwan is extremely vegetarian vegan friendly, hope you liked all the food. It made me quite emotional watching this video, especially chiayi.
