I just tried apple cider rinse last night for the first time. I have long brown hair and also some grey as well. I washed as usual and then rinsed with 16oz of purified water and one TBSP of cider vinegar. I poured it over my washed hair and let it sit for about three minutes then rinsed thoroughly. After towel drying I sprayed the bottom half with a detangle product and combed out my hair. I always air dry my hair and when it dried it was much softer and felt wonderful. I will be using this once a week from now on. It really did work!

*Remember, individual experiences may vary, and it's always a good idea to do a patch test and observe how your hair reacts before incorporating any new product or ingredient into your hair care routine.*

U really need to dilute it a lot. Otherwise it can cause the hair to break off (it happened to me ). So the half half ratio is really really a bad idea.

I just did this for the first time 4 days ago and I did like it! However it did leave my hair a little dry so I did follow with a instant conditioner. Will continue to do this!!

Best advice for stripping relaxer from hair. Hair becomes thicker and full. It will go back to natural state. I'm going to do a vinegar rinse soon!😊 Harmless to scalp and hair. Love it!

Destiny Thomas me too. 😩😩😩. I watched a video where someone had a bad experience every since then I’ve been too scared to try. I’m also trying not to jump on every little trend or buy every single product. Perhaps I will just try it on a small strand of hair 🤷🏾♀️

My hair still seems to be in tact lol but everybody’s hair is different..the only negative thing I’ve experienced is that it’s a little drying for it to be a natural conditioner

Destiny Thomas you can try to test your hair using less than the amount that natural virgin hair use with 1 part acv and 3 part water. So 1/8 acv and the rest all water. There are already chemicals from the relaxed hair. So a little goes a long wayyyy in this sense. Maybe try a dime amount or less and work your way up as your hair progresses. But dilute dilute dilute.

I've been washing my hair with acv for a few months now. Love it. It is a clarifier. And I wash my hair every week btw.

I enjoy watching your videos. I have used the ACV rinse with peppermint, rosemary, and lavender. It worked great with cleaning my scalp. However, my jet black demi turned blue. My hairdresser said it was probably the acid from the vinegar that caused it. What are your thoughts? If you are colored, have you experienced this? If so, how did you handle it?

I personally never use the apple cider vinegar I do do marinades with it go at it to my dishes LOL but I have seen some great reviews on it and there are some women that does put essential oils in there because of the smell and also they do do a deep conditioning for at least 15 to 20 minutes after work and I'm not sure if I was I still use the rice water it's a conditioner, tfs God bless you💓🙏

I have tried it first time i used it I love it . sec time I left it in too long. like 24 hours. Omg my scalp was flaking up so bad. Okay that was very stupid too do. so Yes I did dilute it . but I think It will be a while before I try it again. but I love the fact that it lowers the ph does. If I use it I will not leave in but may be 10 min as a prepoo then wash and condition

That's what I'm doing now as I read the comments LOL I read a lot of articles before even trying because I think I have protein overload and ACV is supposed to help. So I'm going to go rinse it now, wash, and deep condition to see what happens. Have you tried it again?
