I don't know if anyone noticed, but the moment that decisively lost town the game was pretty funny: At the start of voting zucc tried to signal that he was being blackmailed by quickly accusing and canceling Silentstan a couple of times in the row. The (pretty dense) mayor thought that this was an honest accusation and joined in, killing Silentstan and therefore thrwoing the game.

@@huh4801 I would've pinned him as jester, but jester died pretty early so I'd figure him for just being a super annoying town. He did the opposite of what skimm does: When skimm is maf, he acts like a smart town member (but conveniently just dumb enough to let some random lynches slide), whereas talal acted like a typical "you all suck" townie. He talks without really adding anything, which makes people ignore him and allow him to fly under the radar. For an example of how a typical mafia member acts, the GF in this game was much quieter and more suspicious.

half the time that's really obvious if it's known there's a bmer, and a spy will can be tricky to fake. So while he didn't bm this game, and probably could have claimed spy... I liked the med claim. The odds of an invest picking you up early game is enough to make it not really matter imo. The fake will for maf early game is essentially just a jailor-ward. If an inv outs themselves as the game progresses, then yeah you might want to switch. I'm sure skimm would have switched were that the case.

I know you also record for entertainment, but the entire thing with the Vigi could have been avoided if you finished organizing your will at night (and a lot of other possible misplays in previous videos). It's very important to see who was killed by what in the morning and what their will says...especially in Ranked where people will go agro at the slightest misplay. Also, Talal played really well; just wanna give props to that person if they ever see this comment.

Not always but usually. If you claim early there's a risk of your claim dying leaving you with either rt or no space at all. But on the other hand if you claim early and sound believable when they try to kill you you can go like "Dude I am confirmed _______ I claimed day _______ and got the ____________" or something like that. Also if you are claiming something your role doesn't show when investigated (for example medium as mafioso which shows up as vig/vet/maf) then you might wanna claim early so that the investigators and sheriffs have no reason to investigate you.

I once got tired of mafia roles one night as I got it 8 times in a row. I ended up with the blackmailer role and decided to just pick 1 person at random and blackmail them every night. by the end of the 8th night, I spoke up and said this person has not said a single thing all night. We hung him and it was the Sk. He was really salty for being blackmailed 8 nights in a row I won;t say what all he said lol. The mafia somehow came out with no deaths in the end and winning the game.

The first time I played black mailer I over heard vital things on my first day the retri talking to the jailer, so I knew who to hit. And I knew their plans to bring back a doctor, retri and jailer died. But idiotically I proceeded (the next day) to accidentally paste my notes in the chat, I was shocked when nobody noticed till the next day. My fake role was Bg (my go to) when people said I should’ve been LO, (honestly idk about playing LO because it’s easily disproved, unless you use your fellow mafia members, but then you reveal them so idk.)

CC stands for Counter Claim, TK is Town Killing (Which is usually Veteran or Vigi (can be Vamp hunter in Vamp games, and the Jailor is Town killing as well). A good idea while new at the game is to open the wiki to your class, will give you some helpful hints on what your role can do, and what to claim if you're evil (as you can read what kind of invest results are paired with your role). You'll get a feel for it after a while. I also believe you can open up role cards for all roles in game, but during the heat of action can be easy to forget

I had the best ranked BM game. As is the case 95% of the time I claim spy when mafia. The town we’re playing around me because they believed I was confirmed and I didn’t BM for the first 6 nights. After we had a 4 on 2 with town I BM’d this annoying person. It’s so much better if you don’t BM at all. Keeps town guessing.

One of Talals mistake was his exclimation on the vig shooting the jailor; she would've died anyways because that night she was attacked by mafia I guess its because it was a waste of a townie.... Otherwise fantastic game by mafia, also got lucky with all the vig claims.
