Synwin is an amazing store. They are the most patient people in the world. I just stayed in the store trying different bows for almost two hours and they just left me to do my thing, and even recommended more bows. In the end, I bought a new shoulder rest and a new set of strings. But 10/10 would go back :)

It's more about his expertise rather than his actual communication skills. He was still good when talking to them, of course, but the fact that you can trust what you're talking about reduces the pressure on you a lot because you can take charge of the conversation. That's why you can see a bit of awkwardness with Brett and Eddy when they were talking to Chloe Chua since the pressure to do good and talking about the topic correctly was on them.
