As a novice baker I viewed lots of mixer videos and reviews from low end to hi end of different designs including decades of known brands. I chose this mixer due to it weighing on practicality, quality, durability and reliability.

Good concept. Like the set up of the lid. Keeps the stuff in the bowl.. The only issues are, that the lid doesn't lock onto the bowl. Also to open the door seems a little clumsy. It needs a handle or some other way to open it. If the hands are wet or slippery with oil or something, might be hard to open.

I would love to see you review the Ninja Oven, especially compared to these larger air fry ovens. The Ninja has a large interior (13 x 13), heats in literally 1 minute, and in my opinion gives all the advantages of an egg-shaped air fryer with the capacity of the ovens. People knock it for not being able to do a whole chicken (uncut) or loaf in it, but those are about the only 2 things you can't do, and everyone has something else for them. Another plus to me is that when you're done, you can flip it up and fit an opened kitchen towel in front of it, so it really gives you back most of your counter space!

Shyam Devadas unfortunately we aren’t home so I can’t check for you. But for perspective they say you can make enough dough for 6+ loaves of bread at a time!

@@Twosleevers Thanks! I was actually concerned about the space it would take up on my counter. Fortunately, Nutrimill got back with me with the dimensions. This thing is way more compact than the others. Just 12 inches deep and 10 inches wide. Thanks again!

Forgive me for asking, but as someone who's NEVER owned a mixer at all, what is the advantage for having it when you're doing such small amounts? It seems easier to just mix it by hand and have less clean up (same amount of time from beginning to end?). I bake with rye only so there's no kneading.

Same design but not as powerful as the Bosch Universal Plus. I know people that have owned a Bosch for over 30 years under heavy use for bread baking and these machines never die.

I have just discovered the Nutrimill Artiste. I could have bought the Bosch but wanted a smaller foot print in making bread as there is only the two of us. I am so impressed that you have had your Bosch for thirty years. I hope Bosch has put the same quality in the Artiste as the original.

I’m going to tell you right now. That lid would drive me nuts without a handle to lift it off. How could they forget that. Seems clumsy.
