Tips for defrosting? I’m finding the rice and oatmeal takes forever to defrost in the microwave. Like way more than 3 minutes. Tips?

I'm about to take delivery of my first air fryer, a Cosori. I'm sure your video was full of useful information but I'm afraid your rapid rate of speech meant much of it was lost on me! 😮

I've seen some 48oz and 64 oz "ramekins" that look like they stack similar to the Asian metal inserts - though without a sling (you'd have to work that situation out). Has anyone tried to stack those? Some of them measure 7.5" x 3 or so, so seem like they'd work - and the ramekins sit only a tiny bit below the rim of the one below it - have a little shelf below the rim. I think ramekins are prettier and could be used as serving bowls/casserole dishes. Some ads say you can make cakes in them, too. Anyone tried this before I waste money trying it out myself?

Thank you SO MUCH. I just made Ghee for the first time in my life out of 2 pounds of butter. I followed your instructions to a 'T', using a pot with a white bottom and doing the cook-down in a low and slow manner. It was surprising how quickly the butter begins to turn gold when the solids are at that critical point. Anyway, I now have a jar full of beautiful, fragrant golden Ghee which I will use to make some pastries. I used a paper towel in the sieve to make sure to get all the solids out. Blessings to you and all your projects.

Really love this no nonsense way to make ghee. I have watched about 25 different presentations and most of them exaggerate in the procedures and get lost in minimal details. I like this one very much and the one of chef Jean Pierre too..

That is the air fryer I just bought and I LOVE it - we are just two and it is the perfect size for us. I use a silicone basket inside and there is no cleanup - and the silicone basket goes into the dishwasher, too. I can cook six boneless chicken thighs in mine. It sits wonderfully in just the corner of my counter as it is not very big. I was surprised at the noise level here on the video b/c mine is much quieter than this air fryer.

I don’t buy ghee from Indian grocery stores anymore, tried different brands but in my opinion all of those brands mix other stuff in it. I make my own ghee just like you and it comes out great!

I started making GHEE a few weeks ago and I decided to fry some liver and onions in it instead of oil and oh my goodness it was life-changing! the flavor is extraordinary. I will literally never use seed oil again.

i followed the recipe exactly as on the website and the result was quite bland. on the website it calls for a teaspoon of everything but here in the video you clearly are using more than that, could you please clarify this???

Like your video but don't get the comment about Kerry Gold, in fact for me it's the opposite - we ONLY use Kerry Gold for Ghee simply because it's far better to clarify e.g. not as many milk solids.

I am currently suffering with chronic OCD. I have had OCD for about 20 years and it is currently the worst it has ever been. It has trashed my life. Watching this ticks me off. Especially because children are raised to behave like this. This is a really unhealthy way to behave. It's totally nuts. To think an entire nation does this obsessive compulsive act is a worry. To see you struggling to tear bread with one hand is frustrating. Why? Why struggle? You are lucky to have both hands. There are people out there who wish they had both hands. Eating a burger in a filled bap or a sandwich must be a nightmare. If I had to struggle to eat like this just trying to tear a piece of bread of would be exhausting and put me off my food It's compulsive disorder. If your hands are clean use them both. Get some cutlery because everywhere in the world now uses cutlery unless you are in the Amazon jungle. My daughter stayed with an African tribe in the middle of nowhere and they had cutlery and laptop's. Even at the dawn of time there was wooden spoons. Also right from the outset of your video you are struggling to breathe. You sound like you need some tests carried out for allergies or asthma.

Eating the solid foods with pieces of bread is easy and I have done it in the past when eating Indian, using nan bread, but I'm not sticking my fingers in soup or anything with a lot of liquid. You can eat soup with a spoon or by picking up the bowl and sipping it like a drink, the way the Japanese do . Getting food all over your fingers is okay for babies, but once you're old enough to have manual dexterity, you should eat like a civilized person .

Hi! I use a butter that has 11 mg of Sodium in 10 gr of butter beacuse it is difficult and really expensive to ge unsalted butter. I thinhk this amount is insignifcant to get a really good Ghee that is truly unsalted. What do you think? Thanks!
