Great vid - love the rides where you go exploring. Very cool waterfall at the end! I lived in Japan for a year and really miss riding there - the mountains are so amazing. I think Thuong's seat might be a bit too high (or cranks too long) - her knees seem a bit too straight when the crank is at 6 o'clock and her hips are rocking back and forth quite a bit (her left side dips quite a lot actually).
@TwoWheelCruise4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Yeah, we're gonna lower her saddle

Thank you for sharing the ride. Loving the view. Am also wondering if Thuong would benefit from a bike fit, could just be me, from what I could see, she was rocking hips more on left side has her left leg was pushing down relative to right side.

Hot day, you could see from your red faces. I don't know how Thuong does with long sleeves. Beautiful watercourse and waterfall, beware of mosquitoes !!!
@hanafihaffidz4 жыл бұрын
Thuong seems to be rocking her hips a fair bit on the ride, not sure if that's cos she's pushing a heavier gear or bad saddle position, might wanna check out some bike fit videos and try some adjustments, just to be safe! Or it could be that the saddle is a bit wide for her and hits the thigh on the downstroke.
