I was thinking that maybe Skully celebrates Halloween in a more "traditional" way following the Celtic customs of Samhain. During Samhain the Celts believed the spirits of dead people returned to the living world. To protect themselves they'd use a disguise to hide form them, and make lanterns with turnips to scare them away.

I was feeling so bad for Skully😭 he was literally so lonely doing his own idea nobody really cared for and when they tried to be nice to him and he just said he didn’t care but CLEARLY did Sebek just takes his hole sheet and writes a new plan like- that’s just so rude. If I was Skully I wouldn’t take that. I was getting mad for him- also if you want to not have someone who would be a threat to you DONT GIVE THEM A REASON TO. (I swear these boys never learn)

I'm divided, on the one hand I don't agree with Scully's Halloween plans, especially the part about getting rid of ghosts, on the other hand the rest of the boys ARE NOT HELPING ME TO BE ON THEIR SIDE, BECAUSE IN ADDITION TO CONTINUE BEING RUDE TO SCULLY, THEY STILL THEY'RE BEING JERKS WITH GRIM AND THE REST OF THE FIRST YEARS.

What will it take for Azul to be kept 50 feet away from Jamil at all times if they MUST appear in events together from time to time? Both for the sake of Jamil's sanity and my own... Anywho, as much as I love Riddle and, as for Sebek, it's complex, that was rather insensitive of Sebek to be like, "Let's use your project plans as scrap paper, Skully," while Riddle just...let him do so. I admire Jamil for trying. I really love Jamil, too.

I will say, I don’t agree with Skully’s Halloween plan but I really feel bad for the kid. Not only getting his plan rejected not from the NRC boys but Jack Skellington. The idol that Skully himself admires. But now he’s feeling left out and these boys are not helping. Don’t get me wrong, I love all the NRC boys but holy balls I was getting annoyed😭💀

damn everyone in the comments flaming riddle and sebek for using skully's plan as scrap paper forgot they have the combined emotional intelligence of an unpeeled potato 😭😭 skully said "this plan is useless, please forget about it" and they were like "oh okay if you say so" basically. yes sebek was impolite as was pointed out but that's literally in character for him. because riddle and sebek don't bother to try and get to genuinely know skully, because they percieve him as odd and suspicious, they simply take his words at face value. the audience can clearly see that skully does care about his plan being rejected, but the nrc boys, (who don't forget weren't subject to skully's whispered dialogue at the end of the last video) do not. jamil is able to see this, though, likely because he's used to having his obviously sarcastic statements taken as genuine by kalim and what he says often doesn't align with how he truly feels. also on the subject of grim's handwriting that some people are also annoyed about the nrc boy's reaction to... i mean, were we expecting grim's handwriting to be good? he's a weird cat raccoon mabeast thing, how does he even hold a pen??? i would've made fun of him too it was lowkey hilarious (poor yuu having to do all the classwork for grim who can't write) also.... did we forget the nrc boys are jerks..... jerks with their occasional soft moments, isn't that why we love them
