Interesting to see how much Skully is still trying to get along with everyone despite what happened at the meeting. As example, the moment they spoke about up-beat music, Skully tried a common ground, showing that he is very old fashioned, liking music with classical instrument such as Riddle does. And the fact that Skully likes opera is very fitting as well, opera is classical and old fashioned, but still dynamic and engaging. Also, he isn't behaving badly about the fact that at the meeting, they had a discussion that had him cornered, in fact, he's behaving as kind and well mannered and engaging a conversation with the others. (Edit) I swear I love Jamil in this event and how he's behaving with Skully, he's being so careful and gentle.

I was thinking the same thing with Jamil! It's really neat actually to see him be so attentive and act on it this way, although Skully keeps trying to insist he's fine (which I suppose is a brand of lying that Jamil would know quite well, so it'd be interesting to see if he picks up on that later...). But yeah, also with Skully! It does seem like he really does want to have some kind of comradery with the others? Despite what happened in the meeting, he wants to be part of the group and thus gets excited about any possible commonalities. At least, that's the way I take it, that he really does just want to be friendly (and doesn't want to be lonely...), although again, he's still very disappointed about how things went

​@@TheRoseFrontierActually if I remember correctly, Jamil has done this a couple other times. He seems to be extremely good at picking up on how others are feeling. Maybe because from childhood, he's had to try to make sure Kalim is happy? (I can't imagine him not being so though, lol!) For sure in the Endless Halloween Night, Jamil picks up on Silver being sad (and I think he and Cater discuss it). It does surprise me when he acts kind though, because these boys really don't usually do "kind" unless they stand to benefit from it. Also, I'm pretty sure Skully is my second favorite character. He's so cultured! And such a charmer! 🥰

I’ve come to realize that the reason that the reason EVERYONE is against Skully is because he’s the TWST version of Jack, or rather Jack’s experience from the movie. In TNBC Jack tries to introduce a custom that the people around him are unfamiliar with and is the antithesis of their ideal experience-they’re not outright dismissive since he’s their king, but these are the NRC boys so 🤷🏽‍♀️. While there is one person that tries to talk him down he often waves them off (Sally-> Jamil). In order to see his vision met, he takes extreme-action to the detriment of others-and eventually sees the harm in his actions. So far, Skully’s ideas don’t seem harmful (except for the ghost busting if done without proper consideration-Ramshackle ghosts’ Jokes vs Pirate Ghosts’ Kidnapping) but have the potential to be taken to ruin things for those who would prefer to partake in other activities

Funny how 3 out 4 members in the food preparation team have various shades of green hair. Jamil should have been in the food preparation group instead… I guess keeping Jamil and Azul fifty feet apart is easier said than done. I did not know that Jamil has some sort of problem with Riddle. Did something happen between them that I just do not remember in the slightest? Suddenly Jack and Sally have become parents. It is adorable to see the boys talk about music preferences! I feel personal preferences don’t come up too much in game. I am loving Jamil even more because I love how the writers are having him be the one to actively check in on Skully and express concern and kindness towards him. If I could, I’d be doing the same thing, so I am grateful for Jamil in this event being the one to do so.
