TWW Prepatch PvP | Another Stealth/Subterfuge Bug :(

There are multiple stealth bugs in the game and now we can also add subterfuge to the list. Fortunately, this bug seems rare so far.

Been happening to me all DF. Maybe something to do with some sort of aura between shamans and locks, which is when I seem to notice it more often.

I agree that it is almost certainly aura related. There is just no indication as to what exactly it is. If you look at the what happens to the druid in this movie there is some kind of black aura right as the druid drops stealth and there was a sound as well (although you can't hear it in this movie).

I have been having this alot of my assa and feral... out of stealth for no reason and not being able to restealth 😢

Yeah, it really sucks for druids since you have a longer cooldown on prowl.

Hey Oozo! I really don't understand how this getting out of stealth for no reason is still in the game. I feel like this bug has been around for several years now and still hasn't been fixed. The issue where you couldn't go back into stealth during subterfuge while not in combat is super frustrating. I play rogue from time to time, and that video makes me feel frustrated too. It's the worst when you run at someone, and it doesn't put you back into stealth. Funny thing is, when I go into camouflage on my hunter, it never breaks, and even when I stay in shadowmeld, it also doesn't break. I really hope Blizzard will finally fix this issue, but I have the feeling that this is just something rogues and druids have to deal with, unfortunately. Salute! 🎖🫡

There are just numerous causes, they have fixed some but others (the harder ones to figure out) remain. For example, procs on tier sets dealing with dots are notorious for breaking stealth but I believe they have fixed those. But at least two other stealth bugs remain. One I have identified (players entering or leaving BG), the other... I have no clue. :(

Oh, and I have had camo break like this on me before but it seems much much rarer on hunter. I can only think of it happening one time and that was a couple of seasons ago.

Had this a few times during DF. Also do you think The War Within will be a good expansion or?

I think it is going to end up a lot like DF except with some new abilities and builds to mess around with. One main difference is that it MIGHT end up with longer TTK due to higher healthpools. That would be the main difference, if anything IMO.

There's loads of bugs still in the game for more than 10 years 😂 Small Indie Company Also it affects hunters camo breaks for no reason seems to be BGs as it doesn't happen in raids

Replace your 2 button with the following, and just put it on your stealth bar and non-stealth bar in the same spot... #showtooltip /cast [nostealth] !Stealth /cast [stealth] Sap
