We got pushed back. That side that started had 12 regular starters. Walker wasn't really needed without Martinelli there and team is more technically proficient without him. Stines is injured half the time si forget that lol. We had partly fit Saka and Jesus unfit Partey and Timber whi in form would have made more difference than your 2. Wasn't injury ravaged City any more than us. City press was actually brilliant but City didn't throw folk in box but emphasised stopping us breaking. Both sides put safety first in different ways . It was an incredible atmosphere at Molineax yesterday for the Conti Cup final. There were 21,000 there, but I reckon there were15,000 Arsenal supporters and only 6,000 Chelsea supporters - they didn't seel their full allocation of seats. And in the end, as the match went into extra time, that spport pushed Arsenal on and they became more dominent until Stina scored 4 minutes from the end. That's been the story of the season for Arsenal Women - the support has been fantastic and even away grounds seem more like home matches with the numbers and noise Arsenal bring to the game. I'm pretty confiden that Arsenal Women will play all their home matches at Emirates after this season ends.
