How fun. I feel very connected to Tyche. Since my father named me after her. I was "lucky" to be alive. I feel very blessed to have her name. Fun fact, people think it's Asain for some reason.

I did think it was weird. But myths change over time. Hesiod and Plutarch used existing folk stories and beliefs, but they also changed the stories to suit their purposes. I guess this is just the modern version of that. (but would have been nice to have it flagged at the start)

Rudders where not greek - they came afterwards - the documentary has a flaw - Tyche holds a wheel that makes the person rise and fall - quite often the person is depicted as a donkey - an animal that works thus with work you can rise in fortune but with work you can also fall.

The picture at minute 7:25 is quite true - fortune on a wheel with a quick mouse that rises and a thinking human that falls. A mouse is quick and catches opportunity - a man ponders quite often and looses chance.

@@MikeGreenwood51 Because I heard many children was said that they were children of Zeus, just because it’s kinda selfish and at least I would like to hear the others children of the other Gods and Goddesses like children of Poseidon, children of Demeter, children of Ares, children of Aphrodite, children of Apollo, and children of Hermes. Also, I wonder what happened if evil Hera find out and kill them, and who gonna take that responsible? This is the why I hate about false rumors that said many children was said that they were children of Zeus, especially the Orphic Hymns because it’s telling lie, falsehood and wasn’t true. In fact, I always believe that Hecate was daughter of Perses (God of Destruction) and Asteria (Goddess of Star), Euterpe was a Muse of Music 🎵 and Joyful, Chrysothemis of Crete was son of Demeter and Carmanor of Crete, Aglaea and Euphrosyne were daughters of Zeus and Eurynome.

@@MikeGreenwood51 If Zeus is Persephone's father and he agrees to let Hades kidnap Persephone to be his wife as Queen of the Underworld. That means Melinoe and Zagreus are children of Hades as Princess and Prince of the Underworld. What makes the stupid Orphic Hymns say that Melinoe and Zagreus are the children of Zeus and his daughter Persephone? It doesn't make any sense, it's stupid, lie, and falsehood.

@@MikeGreenwood51 In fact, the thing that I hate most is when evil deities hurt, torment, harm, and kill the other minor gods and goddesses. For example: Hera is trying to kill Leto and Heracles.

What I think about the video (as asked at the video's end) is it is just read verbatum form some written text. Most likly some USA research. But not read by anyone versed in Greek or a quailfied professor of Greek. Even latin word ending suffixes were used (Oceanus. Pegasus. Polybius). It gave me no confidence to believe what was read. I imgine the reader also did not believe but just read from already wriiten research.
