Gaudy or not I like it! I fish a lot of palmers as my top dropper on rivers and streams. Think that could be adapted to my waters.

Davie, can you explain what you mean when you say “proper tinsel”? Are you differentiating from Mylar tinsel? What is the difference and when is one more desirable than the other?

Hi C Naj, The original tinsels were made from steel/tin so they are far stronger than the mylar tinsel as most times they will need to be protected with a wire rib.. All the very best Davie
