Another tying I will copy and also without the hackle turning it into a buzzer .I have several of these now in a box ready for resin and a bit of light .That makes ten Clyde style patterns I have tied ten with hackles ten without all of them copied from your series ready for a comparison trial and a conversation topic in the pub over a Guinness I met a couple of guys in Crosshouse hospital who like me watch your videos as if they have never been seen before we are all over seventy but like a bunch of kids when we talk fishing Our next project is Irish patterns with a day trip over the ferry possibly an overnight trip as we have met some Irish couples who invited us to join them they have adopted you and two of them are convinced your Irish A huge thanks from all of us Jim

It is interesting to wind thread as a rib over a tinsel body, rather than the other way around, which would be more typical. What drove that choice? Is there some advantage to this approach? I can see how it could allow thinner "striping" along the body.
