Yeah, sounds like your bank is trash, I suggest you change banks if you can and only use credit cards when shopping online because that is borrowed money in a way and not your cash in the bank. It makes it easier to dispute charges and things like that as well.

I would go back to the bank and ask to speak to a manager. Give the dates that you went back, get the girls name and say she was typing in the computer but didn’t order your card. Get the managers name. Document everything, names, dates & times. When banks dispute charges, they usually refund you within 24 hrs. while they are investigating, 10 business days is crazy.
