Let's pack our bags and go to Florida for the winter and meet ourselves some real nice folks. A little on the older side, little on hope. Hold their hands as they walk across the street, help em wipe their goddamn ass, and when they're all fast asleep, steal their medicine cabinet. Make it back home for the kids to go to school, make enough damn dough to burn a wet bank mule. I'm in between jobs with nothin' to do, girl it's vacation time. It's honest work, I mean it's honestly a hassle. Folks get madder than fire, if they catch ya in the witchin' hour, tryin' to steal their copper wire. But if we get it, got a cousin at the scrap yard, aunt Betty raised a goddamn saint. He always offers top dollar, he's always givin' me a fair shake. We oughta save a little while we're still around, we oughta keep ourselves busy while we're comin' down. And it sure beats diggin' underneath the ground. Savin' vacation time. It ain’t hard I taught Jr. how to do it, and he's touched in the head, Doc Chow. Blames it on the drug use hunny, but what does he know anyhow? Takes a little honest work, but pretty much cooks itself. I got a buddy on the mountain havin' trouble keepin' it on the shelf. And if we turn a profit don't ya worry boo, we'll put a couple of good snorts back for me and you. It'll keep ya tweakin' keep ya goin' through til we get vacation time.

What best about Tyler is this story could be real people that live right down the road from you in rural poverty stricken white america, like where I grew up. I know these people or at least my local version of the same people! He is definitely the poor white mans Billy Shakespeare. Merle Haggard and David Alan Coe are two legends that had the talent for being that too. But I really don’t think their has been a lyricist as good as Tyler is on telling the story of the under belly of white trash america, as outsiders like to call us. But hell, we still good folks just trying to find honest work, just like everybody else! Love me sum, Timmy Ty! Woo! It’s vacation time, again!
