It’s nothing like that. We can’t just go outside and play football. It has to be organized. Also, we could never play on the same field as a professional. Video games are instant access, no skill level required. It makes very little sense to watch people play video games as much as the fortnite community does. It makes even less sense to just sit there throwing money at streamers.Turn twitch off. It’s holding us back. Every single time we go into a lobby we have a chance to play with or against professionals. Not so much for sports. I watch a stream now and again, but people are spending WAY too much time and WAY too much money on them. it’s foolish.

I That’s such a stupid comparison tbh. Sports is a way to cheer for a team who is playing a game we probably could never imagine playing. Watching someone play fortnite is different, we could all go turn on our console and play it. I’m not saying watching people play video games is stupid, but it’s not the same as watching sports
@bryanwithamask4 жыл бұрын
@@carlosvillegas365 huh? what are you talking about? Sports is a way to cheer for a team who is playing a game "we cant imagine playing"? You can literally play every type of sport. you can play soccer or football right now. The reason why people watch teams play sports is because they play it profesionally. Nobody can just turn on their console, play fortnite, and instantly make it to e-sports with a team. You have to be a profesional.
@carlosvillegas3654 жыл бұрын
Bryan D. Go put on some football pads, 21 other players, and find some referees then if it’s that easy. When two teams play each other, that is technically THE game, and we are watching it. Fortnite is THE game and when we watch someone else play it, we’re just watching someone who is playing THE game. Like I said, it’s not a bad thing because I literally watch people play fortnite lmao.

Unpopular opinion: Ninja doesn't deserve the hate he gets. He streams 12 hours a day every day, he streamed 142 days this year (As mentioned in the video). Imagine working that hard and getting such a big amount of hate. He probably did some bad things like reporting players but it is confirmed none of them were actually banned. People hate him because of 'fortnite' and 'cringe' but he is a good person, does charity streams and is actually married planning on having kids. He did no harm to anyone and deserves no hate for his achievements.

I have followed guys who have streamed for like 8 years on same Twitch platform who is just as entertaining, good at the game, and a good person, and while he lives comfortably, he is by no means rich. But, Ninja is beyond rich, from what I can tell. So why should he deserve such lopsided success while others who have grinded just as much and are just as entertaining be put to the back and never known with average content creation income? I do support capitalism in all its forms for the very reason that Tyler gives back, but sometimes it can be exposed when capitalism results in such lopsided success, and it's not like he's using that money to hire people either
