You must not be a wrestling fan because “Control Your Narrative” was actually a name of this really cringeworthy right-wing wrestling company that only lasted for like a year before it fell apart.

Can you cover musicians acting or actors becoming musicians?!?? For example, Omar Apollo in the new movie Queer or Charli XCx talking about exploring that or even Harry styles. Is it easier to go from actors to music or music to acting? Could be interesting!

@@GeekyGalore good one yea im interested in this ima let it percolate in my brain
@ajdrybreadАй бұрын
As someone who does both music is easier because you are in control of the world and your creations more than acting. And for movies trying to remember someone else’s long script is harder than memorizing your own lyrics to perform at your show. Lastly, you can make more high quality music with a low budget, rather than it’s very difficult to make high quality films with little to no budget
@ajdrybreadАй бұрын
Also when it comes to writing a song (especially in todays brain rot fast pace content era) a song is usually only a page of lyrics, as for movies a page of dialog is typically only 60 seconds of footage, so it takes way more physical work if you’re writing too

You said he sold 300,000 copies. What does that mean? Who’s buying music? And where do they buy music? And why?
@hadjitubeАй бұрын
thats the units calculation they use, a certain number of streams counts as a sale, mixed with actual units like the vinyl sales, cd sales itunes downloads etc
@johnviera3884Ай бұрын
thanks I’m gonna tell my boss that 100 phone calls equals five sales let’s see how that goes

1,500 spotify streams = 1 physical copy sold 1,500 listens = a little more over 100 full album listens
@CJ60523Ай бұрын
And at about $0.004 per stream, 1500 streams only pays the artist about $6 for that equivalent copy (sometimes even less)
