Illaois tentacle damage has always proc'd before they hit the ground. Feels like shit to play against when it seems like your going to dodge it and then your dead. Her leap being an auto so it hits no matter what once the animation starts is also dumb. You can flash it but once she has started the leap it will hit.

Even garen , mundo and voli hard beat illaoi . The fact that there are hard counters to her shows you really don’t care . In this stream T1 lost hard to a Udyr and yorick top and was outplayed by a Aatrox . You guys are more or less just saying you don’t know how to play against the champ . I can’t speak on Mord because I ban mord every game .
