Congrats. I have a built '23 Rubicon with the V6 and had to have a 392. Traded in my Gladiator and still have my '23 Grand Cherokee SR for daily. Yeah, I love Jeeps and my wife has a '24 Sahara. I ordered a (not so final) Final Edition in Hydro Blue, but am keeping the V6 for off-road adventures. New to your channel, so interested to see what else you do to it. The 392 just came in, so nothing done to it yet due to a vacation, but I do have plans. Long live the V8! Again, congrats. BTW, I believe the transfer case issue may be overrated and many were destroyed by driving off-pavement in 4Auto instead of 4 High, which causes more wear.

So the reason why they never needed incentives on a wrangler is because they were not over priced by 50% over regular Jeep pricing. Jeeps have always been overpriced but now they are crazy. You paid the overpriced Jeep price but not the extremely overpriced Jeep price. 2015 they were underpriced so I bought another one then sold it 5 years later for what I had in it. I would love a 392 wrangler I just can’t justified the price when I bought a power wagon for less. Plus I already have a rock crawler and a trx. Congratulations on the 392 as am sure it’s a blast. Wranglers are like nothing else. Just wish they put the 392 in the gladiator.

Dude I did the same . They even let me take both jeeps of the lot to exchange the mods. So now I have a built 392 for less than my 3.6.

I just got the Earl grey 2024 4Xe Rubi X with Sky one touch and the winch. I’ve put 900 miles on it and only filled up one time So far. The recent rebates and the fact I was in the market for one was the perfect storm. Congrats on your 392. The best sounding vehicle in the market

Would you happen to know if they made a 392 in a fathom blue with a sky 1-touch top? All I’ve seen are hard tops.

Push the offroad+ button and it really unlocks the engine. Think of it as an epa-is-not-looking button

Is a displacement on demand delete doable with the vehicle? Would you recommend a 392 D.O.D. delete?

I did your idea 1” spacers 2” shock extension and she is preforming great I did just get dv8 bump stops for the front and adding metalcloak rears for better absorption but now my 37” nittos need replaced almost thanking about 38s now with better shocks and fender delete with new inner fenders to help clearance thoughts?

FYI I have 30k on mine we travel for work already went threw a rear end and seems like it has lost some power thought is was the taser but my test proved me wrong!

We bought a 2024 392 in Kansas back in July. Slowly doing mods too. Did you check the Tcase fluid yet? Some say they are coming from the factory 1/2 qt low.

The 392 is a beast! Congrats! Have you considered a tazer to force 2wd to help longevity? The tcase has been my concern going from my 2.0 to a 392. Well, that and waiting for pricing to come down! Also, how does it ride and drive compared to your old 3.6.?

Any way to permanently turn off cylinder deactivation? I hear it ultimately damages the engine. Also ASS (auto start stop) if it has it

Don't bet on it being gone! Jeep said the 2024 Final Edition was the LAST Hemi Wrangler and look how that's working out for them. So now there is a Final Final Edition for 25. So in 26 there may be a Final Final Final Edition. That's why Jeeps aren't selling! The lying bastards!

Very nice Write up...Our 392 is still being broken in....unfortunately my wife's trips are 5 miles to 10 miles a day...We only had a few 30+ mile trips in it. We are averaging 12 MPG....still better than my TRX getting 11 MPG. We also are stuck with 10% ethonal commie gasoline here.

I personally didn't love the gold/bronze badges and tow hooks, so all of the exterior badges and tow hooks got swapped out for normal Rubicon red hooks and badges.

Very nice, save the Hemi! I have the 345 in my Grand Cherokee L, 392 in my Charger and Hellcat in my TRX and I will be keeping them all in my long term collection. Hate to see these go!

Don't take advice from KZbin comments. Follow the owner's manual: "Premium Unleaded 91 Octane Only or Higher (R+M)/2 Method, 0-15% Ethanol (Do Not Use E-85)."

True, the 392 are a nice ride. But they will never be a collector and if 17 states get their way soon you may not be able to register them in the next year or two. Most states are looking to rid the streets of big engines and also antique vehicle. Right or wrong I'm not saying. But they are doing everything they can to rid the streets of gas hogs, (392's are in that category). I chose the Pentastar 6 engine for that reason. If this day comes the 392 will be worthless in a trade in for anything else. Maybe even one day they will rid the streets of the six as well. Please enjoy your ride as long as you can. Hope to see you out on the trail one day.

So every low income family who cannot afford a newer hybrid/electric vehicle will have to walk everywhere, because ICE vehicles will be unauthorized? That’s ridiculous. The 392 will be just fine. Besides, no one buys a 392 with that mindset. Gear heads don’t purchase vehicles with resale values in mind. They buy them because of the emotions they evoke.
