Very interesting, I'm looking forward to all the rest. I have an idea which perhaps you could use for a collab with other youtubers (e.g. Shintaro Higashi and "TeachMeGrappling Coach Brian"): get 3 competent guys of the same weight: folkstyle wrestler, bjj player and a judoka, have them train all three things + sumo for a week, then have them square off in 4 round-robin nogi tournaments: 1) wrestling, 2) bjj, 3) judo, and 4) sumo (sumo ruleset is "can't touch ground with anything other than feet, and can't leave the circle")

Hey Ty, is it frowned upon/not meta to wear a ring during rolls? I have an oura ring that tracks a few physiological markers that I'm always fascinated to check on, especially during/after class. Should I not be wearing it during drills/rolls?
