Hey, that’s me in the long sleeve blue rash guard rolling in the background! 😂 Also yeah, Ivan does that north south reversal ALL THE TIME. It’s a classic Ivan move. I have fallen for it many times lol his timing is too good

I train at VOW, absolutely amazing place to train. Ryan and the other blackbelts put in a ton of work to create a place that's great to train at in both in terms of the instruction and culture.

Bro I'm starting to respect you more and more, I'd like to see you, Jedi, or Jordan roll with Roy Dean since he's very technical also have you ever posted the video of you and Jordan sparring? Finally I have the utmost respect for my teacher down here in Hawaii he's in his 40s now but I still see him put out of control visitor's in there place when they come to his school and try and beat up his students, I'd really love to see how you'd do with him.

It’s kind of annoying how many different variations there are honestly lol. This video might be helpful : kzbin.info/www/bejne/aXmal2Cqi8SCe68

Question, are your guillotines a blood choke, or more of a trachea crush? Like, if they didn't tap, are they risking a nap or a crushed windpipe? Not throwing shade, genuinely curious.

A little bit of both. They’ll take a nap, but I don’t mind doing some extra work 😀
