Hey Tyler. That Lazerbrite system is for missions at night time where we(I am a former Cavalry Scout with the US Army) do combat patrols and shit where its dark asf, and we need to follow or identify each other with certain colors. Also we use low dim light to read maps, etc. Usually red light at night time. Green to mark vehicles on radio antennas and etc. The enemy cannot really see red light at night time that well, or low brightness lights, thats why we use chemsticks, but those Lazerbrite last longer than a chemstick.. That massive cleaver looking knife is for food prep, and the edge being dull is likely intentional as they're letting you choose your own angle that works best for you. Some people prefer 25-28° for food prep, while some prefer 22°, and VERY few go with 17° (razor thickness) especially with a blade like that because your edge is chipped or rolled the first time you hit a bone. But I imagine the edge is totally intentional.

The discrete survival light is a water beacon for a man over board in night. Reds are for low light situations and the tube that rotates is a signal light, it's easier to signal properly with that tube spinning compared to pushing the on/off button. Just so you are aware, that spinning glow stick is an actual method we use in the military to mark a LZ for helicopters. It's called a "Buzz Saw". Though we use IR Glow sticks not visible to the naked eye. You can only see them with NVGs. I assume if you're not in the military this seems very strange. Makes perfect sense in regards to what it is meant for. We use Paracord for everything. Seems these boxes are targeted at the military with a lot of these items. As well as your regular outdoor survivalist.

I believe the weird handle design on the revolt reflex is them trying to make a locking mechanism for the blade that might be a bit sturdier because a lot of flip out pocket knives have kinda flimsy locking mechanisms

That first knife, "the poker", is actually meant to held with the ring around the index finger and a fist balled around the handle. That way the blade is facing outward. It's meant to be used in a way that incorporates punches and hammer fist. If you punch just to the side of the target, like an arm, you'll slash them with the force of a punch. Very little use but offensive attacks and over the top self defense.

I'm ashamed you didn't bring out the sharpness tester for all the knifes

The last knife looks as though it could *almost* take place of a hatchet for bush craft, except unlike a hatchet it has no "hammer face".

It's time to use the pump filter to see how well it filters different liquids, of course you have to start with pickle juice.

That's lazerbrite stick light is awesome for feild military use. I mainly use it with the translucent tube and red light to ground guide vehicles at night or to use as a light in the feild for light discipline. Really helps out to find the latrine in the dark.

Well,if your worried about the knives falling out of the cases you can take fire to the opening end where the knife goes in,don't hold it in one spot, then pinch it closed quickly, you can get a damp cloth to set it quicker after the fire but you won't need it,then it will be snug for ya,thanks for the vids man, c-ya

I have that Surviver filter. No way is it 100k liters. it is around 1,000 liters max. 250 or more gallons. You need to back wash the internal fiber filter often if it is getting any kind of murk in the water. It is supposed to filter smaller than .1 microns which is really good. I think it is .05 microns. The pre-filer and final carbon element needs to be changed at 100 liters I think. The issue is it getting clogged really fast so have a syringe handy to back flush with filtered water about every 1 or so gallons in murky water. It gets so hard to push the water through they break for some users. Folks need to back flush fairly often on all of these brands/types of filters or you can damage them.

Paper test shows sharpness better the farther away from your hand(the support) you can start the cut, if you hold a corner, and can cut the very tip of the other corner off, its really sharp. Starting cut right near where you hold paper just shows no knicks/damage, a knife only needs a standard edge to start a cut that close.
