Really really good lines at the end Pontus, cloning and shooting the dockside was a real awesome. So cloning commanders legendary rule is not a sacrifice?

@@MrTiddles69 Specifically it says put one of them in the graveyard, not sacrifice. This came up in a tournament when i tried using legend rule as a sac outlet with mayhem devil + birgi in dargo which is why i knew it to begin with

Curious question. Why not mana drain the reanimate? So much value from that sacrifice and all the cards he gets from sacrifice. Feels like countering there would shut down that turn and with three cards in hand feels like it would stall Pontus out.

Drannith is just as good . In fact he would have exiled all those cards and have gotten no use out of it. He had the one card to answer to answer in his hand. Shit happens. Hindsight is 20/20

Rakdos' exile effect wasn't followed correctly. The cards he exiles go away at his controller's next end step. None of the exiled cards should have carried over until the next turn unless the sacrifice occurred in the end step.

With molten duplication dual caster you don’t need the combat step and can just exile their whole library.

Rakdos wording; Whenever you sacrifice another creature, exile cards equal to its mana value from the top of target player's library. Until your next end step, you may play those cards, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.

It’s a non-deterministic storm loop. I don’t know if he can really do without narrating because in a normal game you have to announce what you are doing and playing so opponents can keep you honest and interact. 🤷‍♂️
