International Contracts should follow FIDIC procedures;norms;rules!All Engineers working on projects/works should have minimum 7 yr of practical on site field experience& preferably be registered PE/ CEng. Simply teaching experience in College/University will not be counted.

During the time of contracting all material's price are written on the contracts as per that time market cost. But what if there will be changes in price of that material when we need it to buy,(let's say during signing the contracts we write our price "X" for steel as per keeping mind that time market cost.But during the excecution phase of construction what if the price of material changed)

In a contract all the values are written 5% extra to avoid any dispute if the price change after the contract agreement many more things like labor charges and schedule is provided of every possible aspect

In every contract there’s is Basic price of materials....mostly contract variations due MEP work.....

clase 10 c takes care of change in price of materials. Contractor is compensated for increase prices.
